I agree that people need to calm down. But maybe showing hope, giving nice places to shop, adding services and giving people some pride will go a long way? We'll see.
Have you ever lived in that Neighborhood?... There are plenty of " Law Abiding Citizens " ... Maybe if The City Invested Resources in the Community, It Wouldn't have gotten Ran Down.
