This driver has to pay for all the damage that he has done, do not allow him to escape, such drivers are dangerous, good no human is hurt in this matter? Lots of accident taking place in today's times, RTO, should take strict action on who ever is in fault?
@@swastikagodse difference amount he can pay that also out of humanitarian grounds not legally otherwise it will be too much burden on the owner as he is not responsible for this but if the driver was drunk then its his responsibility to pay all.
@@npilgaonkar1 but driver don't look like he is drunk ... It might be a mistake due to road slippery he could not control that ... Looks like nobody's mistake in this it happens sometimes...yes they all can clame the insurance..driver will not afford to pay so much amount
