Bonjour from the "District de Cuxhaven" And once again the "king of filling the table" has struck 😄 Majorettes The die-cast legends from France. Who of us boys (and girls too... shoutout to my sister) here in Europe didn't know them as a kid.... Even if the 3-spoke wheels weren't everyone's cup of tea, we had majorettes, simply because they were cool 😏 I'll just limit myself to a few pieces, otherwise the "uncle doctor" will come later to fix my typing finger...🤣 (6:38) Renault Alpine. Would say the most beautiful version ever. A classic as a copcar. 😎👍🏼 That looks like quite modern MB wheels. Majorette was years ahead of its time.... At this point I would also like to say something about the legendary suspension of the models. Majorette used at that time (and still does) a U -shaped wire bracket to spring the axles. Side effect: This creates the illusion of independent wheel suspension. Well done, Majorette 🇫🇷👍🏼 (11:52) Merc Zetros Nope, this is, clearly, from the Netherlands. German "REDTRUX" says "Feuerwehr" and the emergency number 112. (Well observed, Jim 👁️🔎 Shoutout to Sydney 👨🏼🚒🚒🇦🇺👍🏼) (14:00) C4 Cactus My personal favourite 😉 I've driven one myself (in red of course 🙄😜🤣) and I love the car. I didn't know the Cactus even existed as a model (haven't seen one in the shop yet) and then even as a copcar.... magnefique 😎 Well... great pieces and a time travel through "Majorette history".... Thanks so much for sharing, T (and a merçi to Jeroen whose stunning gifts made this vid possible)🙏🏼 Definitely a thumbs up from me for this 👍🏼. Stay safe and sound and keep up the good work, mates 😄 Happy third advent to all the viewers 🕯️🕯️🕯️🎄and Greetings from the DCcoB on the winter cold North Sea shore. 😎👍🏼🇦🇺✌🏼🇧🇪✌🏼🇩🇪👍🏼🤠
It's funny, back in the 80's I had to take French in high school (failed miserably) and one of the only phrases I can remember is "Mon petite chien est malade" - my little dog is sick. Au revoir.
@@redtrux..000..FIRE. I was the same way... I had one year of French in high school.... (I failed miserably too 😄). Luckily, my missus speaks perfect French. (She lived in France for some time). It's enough for me that I speak English (and various German "slangs".... North German, "Siegen county slang, Hessian and Saxon (Leizig slang). Nodda (Siegen county slang for G'day, hooroo, yep, cheers and some more 😄) 👍🏻🇦🇺🍻🇩🇪👍🏻
The firetruck with "Brandweer" on it is a Dutch vehicle. Usually German firetrucks have "Feuerwehr" on them. (I'm sure Sparky will confirm) Thanks T; good to see some Majorette ! 👨🚒👍🇦🇺
its funny, in belgium and in the netherlands you have politie cars. but they have very different logos...but in belgium there is also the french speaking part. and thats why there is an old black majorette simca 1100 with police on the doors. not british police..
