Philippines government should change the policy about foreign whos going to the Philippines. Like in thailand.before so many foreign are living in thailand.but now since they change ,that every foreign who goes to thailand have to pay 800thousand Baht...
Filipinos would be speaking Japanese without foreign intervention. And with its non nato ally status, they would be learning how to speak Chineae today. They need foreigners for many economic and political reasons. This isn't Thailand. They can't swing it on tourism alone like Thailand can.
