The Estate Makati will be a 54-storey building standing 300 meters (980 ft) tall making it among the tallest buildings in the Philippines and the tallest along Ayala Avenue. It will be built on top of a 3,500 square meters (38,000 sq ft) lot at Apartment Ridge. British architectural firm Foster + Partners was involvedwhich designed The Estate as a cross-shaped building to reduce adverse sunlight exposure to occupants.

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), the largest full-line real estate developer in the Philippines, has completed its tallest building in its portfolio to date-the South Tower of Park Central Towers in Makati City.
Developed under the Ayala Land Premier (ALP) brand, the tower rises to a total of 248 meters, with 69 low-density levels housing 281 ultra-luxury residential units ranging in size up to approximately 1,354 square meters.
The two towers in the master plan of the luxury high-rise development on 1.6 hectares of land at the corner of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue, across Ayala Triangle Gardens.
The twin-tower complex boasts of a distinctive, modern design by Singapore-based boutique luxury design group SCDA Design by Soo Chan, in collaboration with renowned Filipino architectural firm Leandro V. Locsin Partners.
The new bpi tower a new iconic building that will rise on the corners of Ayala Avenue, Paseo de Roxas, and Dela Rosa Street, the mixed-use property will have a 45-storey tower which will house BPI’s headquarters and main branch.
The building will have an energy-saving glass facade.

The 45-storey building to be built in Makati City is set to be completed by 2029 and will house not just the headquarters of BPI also commercial spaces will be leased.
