I just finished a new SPWM module using PIC microcontroller. I am going to build a 1500W sine wave inverter prototype with full functionality as a commercial inverter. This video I will guide you to make pulse transformer. Core EE55, 1.5KW. The project will be completed in 1 week. It's an open source project. Hope you will like it.

Your calculation is wrong the peak of the ee5525 core is 2990watt at.250khz your wasting money to use for 1500watt when you can get 2990watt

Hello. I have transformer or 90kHz, SPWM has 90kHz, but sine output has lot of higher harmonic harmonic, and not looks like sine. when I use output filter, Input current is too high. When change transformer other one, which is for low frequency, output is pure sine, but there is no power ...

Hi Sir, Can you make one circuit for me. I have Mppt Solar charge controller and I want to make it Hybrid. 1- When Solar power is present then Controller cutoff the electricity power. 2- When Solar Power not present then controller Check battery voltage If the battery Drop to 11 voltage then Electricity on and charge the battery upto 14 voltage. 3- when Battery reach 14 volt from electricity then cut off electricity and wait for Solar or If solar not present and battery drop off to 11 volt again then again charge from electricity till solar not available. In this circuit Relay used for switching solar or Wapda charger.

Rather bad design, such a power can be obtained on smaller cores ie etd49 from material 3c94 on higher frequency. You should use also litz wire. This copper sheet shall have isulation on both side by tape. Primary and secondary winding shall be done one by one ( primary, secondary, primary, secondary) to decrease leakage inductance.

Indeed,for tests like he does for a few seconds it seems to work but we can’t see how much the mosfets heats up for long term real usage,leakage inductance and parasitic capacity between p/s are real problem and cause unwanted oscillation and high current spikes on D-S of the mosfets leading to wasted power in best case and their distruction in worst case
