Physics sims in Blender are often neglected by those who are in for 3d printing. I aim to start putting an end to that and start with this video of making a 3d printable model of water coming out of a tap/faucet.

Thank you. This subject doesn't seem to be so popular but I'll do a few more anyway I think :) Glad it was helpful for you.

To some extent, yes. Never actually tried it myself.

You know I didn’t think this would interest me. But got me thinking (and this may be applicable to a video for others) that this would be great for something like a sewerage pipe or a chemical leak. Things you’re more likely to see within a figure base.

There is a lot you can do from here like waterfalls, fountains, rivers etc. I think simulations are kind of forgotten from a 3d printing perspective. I have been looking at making 3d printable models with smoke as well and there are surprising uses for that too. I am not sure how interested people are in this sort of thing though but I'll do a couple more videos like this I think.

I think it’s pretty easy to catch beginners with a thumbnail image of a figure. Because that’s where my main focus is for sure. Try comically throwing a T-posed human next to the effect in the thumbnails lol.

@@nightfall8764 That is a good idea actually! I might have to give that a go :D

@@notverygoodguy Yes Sir, i´am highly interested.😃 In 3D Printing Blender stuff. Yeah. I´am about to making a modular Terrain System for tabletop. 800 Peaces done and not yet finished with nature 🙃 . I use Blender, but my knowledge is, lets say, sub-optimal. And waterfalls complicated. I´am old, retired but have so little time to go deep into the software .... Grandchildren , Family .. Sport other hobby .... Now i found you. I Like it. Your tutorial style is excellent, your voice great, sound is top and the view sharp. Subscribed and liked. Now i have to watch other videos from you. Thanks a lot Another thing, in 4-5 month i start with the bushes and Trees, kaktus and Palm-trees. Trees not that hard but with the cost of support structure. My plan is to print the trees upside down. Minimal support structure .. I have to figure out the system in order to do that ... If you have any idea in that direction, let me know, or make a video about that topic. .... and Yes, my daughter says always: " you talk alot"

@@Container-11 Thanks for the kind comments. Thinking about your trees, one thing that will really help with supports if you can get away with it is to slice them in two vertically, lay the flat bits on the printer and then glue the two pieces back together again afterwards. Often not possible to do that but if you can you can sometimes get away with no supports at all. Sadly there seems to be very little interest in using simulations for 3dprinting or at least this video is not very popular. I will do more but they are a little less prioritised at the moment plus I am REALLY slow and doing the videos at the moment :)
