Thank you very much for this, it really helped me, I struggled with this before and came up with a really terrible method of my own, but this is amazing.
Thanks for this, it really helped me :) A single point though - things like "Do this, now to save time I'm just gonna switch over here where I did it" are frustrating to a viewer because up until then, it had been step for step "Do as I do", then it skips a large point. Other than that, the video is really great
Thank You! I don't remember much about geometry and this was a struggle to figure out on my own. the first video i watched used surfaces and then stitched them together but because of inconsistencies I couldn't create a sketch off of any of the faces which i kinda need to make dice. the way you did make 12 solid bodies worked perfectly and your explanation was excellent. thank you again.
This did not help me at all. No explanation of keystrokes, menu navigation, etc. I eventually landed in some of the described menu selections by accident -- but as I had no idea what I was doing, could not meaningfully utilize the instructions in this vid to deliberately do what I needed to do. This vid is only for people who already know how to use the program, so please mention that in your intro for future vids --OR-- explain what selections you are making while you are making them. I haven't been working with CAD my entire career, and it should be made plain for people who are in the same boat that you need to have a working understanding of the hotkeys and navigation to maximize this vid. I can't speak to the quality or usefulness of this tut, because I *wasn't able to use it* to do what i needed to do for the above reasons.
