In this video i will show you how to transform a boring plain wall into a creative designed accent / feature wall. Follow this step by step interior design process to create a living room makeover. This DIY project is perfect on a budget (with or without ryobi nailer ) and is very similar to wainscoting and will cost under $100 to complete with very basic or little experience and tools. The color of the paint used is taupe white quarter.This is a perfect way for anyone to create an accent /feature wall or change the home decor on a budget and the results before and after results are amazing. This project can be done without a nail gun buy using glue or hammer and nails however the use of my ryobi brad nailer as you can tell makes the job so easy and fast

I cruise some building sites on this here internet and they say things like 2 by 4 and feets and inches Like the whole English speaking world is curled up inside the good ol' USA I'm not saying they're actually xenophobic, but ..... I mean, it's 2020 in a few weeks and the entire USA is STILL using the old imperial system, pretending they in a Star Wars movie with light sabres, light sabres measuring three 'king's feet' and 4 'king's thumbs' or whatever the fuck it is all based on. 17/32nds of stupidity, if you ask me. And it's metre for the length and meter for the instrument.

If it’s original to the house it will be plaster moulding, not wood or MDF. Plaster moulding is applied wet and pliant so it works on older, uneven walls.

No adhesive being used was intentional. The timber used is light weight, after nailing, caulking and painting them to the wall they are sturdy and not easily removed. The point of no adhesive is that if you ever wanted to remove them or re decorate you can do so without damaging the wall 👍

@TienNguyen-wv1ys

The trick is to shoot at an angle instead of straight. That will give it even more hold. I would also use 2inch nails for max hold. 2" nails would be the maximum nail length you can buy. Other comments suggested glue as well but I am thinking that's getting to be an over kill.
