Nitrile gloves! 6-8 mil…. 🤗. Oh my! Just watching you play with the cement in the yellow gloves & bare handed…. I had to lotion my hands just from watching 😂🤣😅. But, the little guy turned out adorable! Might give that a try! (Using nitrile gloves of course!) ☺️
Hey... I love him... I'm going to try and make him... I want one for outside but they're quite expensive and I'm afraid somebody's going to lift it right off my porch.. . As always I laugh at your videos they make me smile... You're so funny sometimes... Even your first one looks just adorable... Thanks for the tip on the tin foil... I don't think I do cement I think I would get the poly clay that you just wait for it to dry... Thanks again.. see you in your next video ...Cheers...
o if it was not for the fact I have to work today 3-10pm I would so be outside making me one of these thank you so very much :) cannot wait to get mine started.
My dad has recently started collecting garden gnomes, and he’s been a football coach for almost 20 years now. After searching everywhere for a football garden gnome for Christmas, I’ve decided to make it myself. Your video has given me enough confidence to actually go out and buy the concrete to do it.
OMG!!! outside gnome!!! I could not wait long enough!! Oh another video I absolutely have to save til I'm done with these 5 mini mushroom gnome! Ps...camping was a blast and again in 3 more weeks!
Yes, I am retired and travel full-time. I even have all my craft supplies with me for making my Gnomes. Enjoy your videos and your patterns are awesome.
I can't believe it. I have been wanting to do this I even have all the supplies😜 but I've been having trouble picturing it in my head. THANK YOU! NOW, I am ready to go for it. Thanks for all the tips and your creativity. Those are my favorite colors. ❤
@@SarahNenniDaher I kept hitting the wrong button haha. I filled rubber gloves with cement and made rude gestures with one haha. Then I soaked an old tea towel in cement and draped it over a plant pot and let it dry upside down I saw it somewhere on RU-vid. Not bad for a first attempt but I need to work on it a bit haha x Edited for typo
This Gnome is so adorable. I would definitely like to try this. Thank you for sharing your crafts and imagination with us. Smile Always 😃 Stay Healthy Have a wonderful day 😊 Connie
Hey:) can you please tell me what UV sealant you used? I've never used one so I want to be sure I buy the right kind for my outdoor acrylic painted gnomes:) thank you so much!
Of course. I use two interchangeably (whichever Amazon has in stock for the better price* LOL). My favorites are this one amzn.to/3N8Ql6E and this one amzn.to/3M1DCkH Just make sure to do multiple light coats to avoid any dripping and re-apply every few years. In Seattle, I do it every three years but if you're in a place with a lot of sun, it might have to be done every year to avoid any color fading. Hope that helps, Stacie.
