I have an LED box truck for advertising and was interested in dimming automation and remote login to the laptop we have running the viewing software. Can you provide any advice or direction with this endeavor? Thank you.

hello there, my suggestion is we need a light senor which is set on the top your truck, the sensor is connected to your control card which is built in a video processor. Then sensor sends signal to controlling system, it will work on dimming automation. Or directly adding 4g data module in controlling system.

If your P10 Led using HUB 75 input, you need to buy a controller support atleast 5 HUB 75 such as hd-w62-75

Depending on the manufacturer, it can use different voltages, usually 5v, the maximum power consumption of a panel is about 3.5A ~ 20W, you use 2 panels so you need a source of 5V 80-100W (power capacity should double panel power consumption to increase the life of the power supply)

This is indoor panel, if want to use outdoor, you just need to buy outdoor panel, it's same as this panel but it can resist water

You need about 24 led panels with cables. Depending on the resolution of each led panel (eg 16x32, 32x64, ...), you will know the resolution of the full screen. Then, you buy a controller board that matches the number of panels and resolution, a power supply with enough power for that number of led panels, and a metal frame to attach all the led panels. (There are many different suppliers, different products, you need to ask them for advice)

i'm checking the HD U60-75 controller and it is a single color, if i want a RGB full color i need buy the C30 Model right ?? and my question is.. i need but a reciving card for each led panel ? i want use 8 ped panel 256 x 128 mm 128 x 64 pixel each, thank

In my video, I'm using HD U60-75 controller and it worked with my 2 RGB panels. Maybe the manufacturer want us use HD U60-75 for single color led because it only has 32MB memory, the C30 has 4GB memory and support USB disk. I think you should ask the manufacturer for more infomations.

How did you get the HD U60-75 controller card to display video? the software that you linked does not support video so what software did you use, thank you in advance.

The software does not support videos but can support gif images so I just cut a video and use another software to convert it into gif images :)

I don't know what software you are using. I downloaded the software from your link but there is nowhere on the menu that says GIF. Also, when I use the software and try to run fron USB drive, it does not work. What am I doing wrong?

It's because the refresh rate of the led board and my camera are different, you won't see it with your eyes. This board doesn't support video so I just convert video to gif image to display on LED panel.

It depend on the control board. Just buy a control board that supports video and you can display video on this RGB panel

The board that I use in this video can control up to 128x64 pixels RGB led panel and can control bigger panel if using single color led. There are many different manufacturers that produce these boards, you can refer to the datasheet to choose. For the manufacturer I am using, you can buy HD-D10 controller.

thanks for your quick response ....yes I did watched some videos about HD-D10 Controller but I believe it should be always contacted to computer through Ethernet cable .... is there anyway to be connect it wireless or save the program in flash "??? especially there's some controllers are wifi ... HD-D10 has usb port to transfer program from USB to internal memory for working offline. If you want to control via wifi, just need to buy HD-D10 with wifi module version

No, just need only HD-D10 controller + a program on computer. You should read user manual and download program on their website. Sory, I don't have this board, so I can't give you more detail infomation.

Yes, you can but the color bit depth on the display will be lowered (from 256 to lower) because of limiting memory and processing ability of this board. You can use the program provide by themanufacturer to add video, gif, png, jpg,... to the board.

It's not a 350V box, It's 350W power supply, 5V, 70A. My 2 led panels only need 70w but I already have 350W power supply so I don't buy new ones. If buying new, just need only 100W power supply for 2 led panels
