To save on cutting oil, weld a little bracket to hold an old bottle upside down and with a small ball valve and tube, make a drip feeder :)

I challenge you to make a version 2 of this, adding a misting spray for coolant instead of manually adding oil. Or, as another suggested, put a bottle upside down and let it drip for lubrication. Otherwise, excellent build!

I was good till he got to the lathe

So you have a full blown lathe, multiple styles of vises, a drill press, crap loads of used motor oil, chopsaw , grinders, at least the basic skills to stick weld , horrid taste in “music “ yet needed a jig setup to notch small tubes? I’m a little confused. Thanks for the video and offering the subscription but I think I will just let u keep doing it yourself and I will stick to doing it myself.. try some cutting and taping fluid sometime u will save on bits if u slow them a little bit and definitely save on oil and time and cleanup time and u can even catch it filter it and reuse it w decent results
