It is an exhibition of bonsai that feels difficult, but it is important to enjoy it. Even beginners can decorate by learning how to decorate and how to make trees.
It needs time and thus, patience, but than there is a beautifull result! Love the attention and skills you're giving by taking care all of you creations Thanks!
Im not sure If I have commented but here I am. I am very thank full for your content. Its soothing and it inspired and teach me alot of things about making small trees. Thank you
It's amazing how you twist contort and heavily prune that tree and it still lives. Meanwhile my houseplants are mini Kardashians if I don't water them for even a single day.
I've always found bonsai beautiful analogy for life. Through struggle and adversity, setbacks and damage we can still not only survive, but thrive and achieve beauty that we otherwise couldn't have.
I'm struggling to understand the process for the branch "graft" on the root over rock maple. What is the purpose of placing the branch into that notch? As opposed to a more direct graft? Is this form of graft more successful, or does leaving it on the original branch give it 2x the nutrients, as its receiving them from the main trunk as well as the sacrificial branch leading to faster branch development?
There was also a video in January this year giving an update before this one. Not sure why he didn’t link them in the older ones. I had no idea till I went digging!
