I would add that the lid is designed to facilitate the collection of the remaining beads. It needs to be taken off when using it for beading.

Hi love. You can use both needles. Just pay attention to the direction the beads are spinning. The switch should let you go forward or in Reverse depending on how you position your needle. Hope this helps.

You are absolutely right. The switch allows you to select it to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.

I sure hope you figured out how to thread the needle (double it and thread it like a regular sewing needle) and you became comfortable with the bead spinner because I love mine and it is this brand ... Hugs and happy creating!!!

I know this is old, pull one end of the thread through the loop of the needle like you are going to sew something, it still will be doubled when you pull the beads down the string , I hope I am explaining myself right lol
