Its so true. Manifestation really really works! My boyfriend broke up with me 5 months back and i was devastated. And then i did no contact and started concentrating on myself and loving myself. And started manifesting. 3 months later, he messaged me one fine day. we started talking again and now we are back together! I think the best and easiest way to think about this is, focus on youuuuuu! forget them completely for a while, if thinking about them only brings up bad feelings, then let it go completely and say whatever, their loss. Trust me in no time at all, they will be back stronger than before. Focusing too much on law of attraction techniques can only confuse you. Just think about all the movies you've seen growing up about breakups, (lol) as soon as the person takes a step back and starts building tehir life alone, they other person shows up and starts begging. So just do that.

This is so true. I have done this shift last few months. It's amazing what you attract. Money, job opportunities, love, better relationships with family and friends. It's a process, but a rewarding one. When a negative self thought comes it, I say stop it, say I am worthy, I am enough and I can do anything!!! Thank you Robert!!!!

Unbelievable Robert you are the best. I did my affirmations tonight and truly believed it was what I said it was and with my ex. I spoke what my intentions were to here and I just new it was going to happen. I also wrote down what I knew she was going to say and within 1 hour believe it or not she did EXACTLY what I said she would. Everyone listen to this man he knows what he's doing. it's not only abandonment issues - wanting to perhaps fast track love and feel despair from no contact is actually a deep desire for connection and intimacy. It's really hard to find intimacy & connection in the real world off line and some of us have waited long enough

No matter what your situation, you can be attractive. A month ago, I was in a car with two other people in the back seat. I put my arm up and I notice my deodorant failing. So, instead of feeling embarrassed, I softly pull out a roll on perfume and put it on on that spot. The guy next to me starts having a conversation with me and after a long conversation, we exchange phone numbers.

@@jackassfat all that you have mentioned are also part of all the stages we must experience to overcome the obsession. I have cried, I have yelled and self-sabotage in millions ways you could name. But at the end, I learnt it is best to let go and create no more resistance. Letting go does not mean to stop loving. I just go with the flow and genuinely love unconditionally. That's just how I cope with my pain, you shall learn to leave or to love in your own ways. Wishing you all the best, luck be always with you.
@@jackassfat this is the key words that helped me through those dark days: learn to love without thinking too much what would return to you. Believe in three folds law: when you love one, love will return to you in three times. With one condition, is to love unconditionally.
