this could also be very useful for sort of realistic road upgrades. like in altengrad some roads got bigger so you just add a lane and its done

Still missing TM:PE too... Just directing lanes doesn't keep the AI from doing weird stunts on the middle of the road on a node you can't modify. And the roundabout works like ass, tweaking it with the current Traffic mod isn't possible for now.

This mod is great, just make the road type you want for your city. Wondering what the effect of road width on traffic in the game will be. This and traffic manager were the kind of things I was hoping to get in the stock game. But if the mods work well I will be fine with that also

Directly in front of the video I got an advertisement of the German railways that they are upgrading their rail tracks/routes. Fitting for an network upgrade mod.

Not sure if I understand correctly, the platform actually functions as a platform that you can have trains stop at, and in both directions?

Yes, if you place an _Integrated Passenger Stop_ somewhere along the platform (preferably the middle?) then you can draw passenger lines to/from it.

I miss the advisors and the UI from SimCity4. It just felt more like a polished game. Also the sound track from SC4. CS1 and CS2 just lack charm. Also, releasing a city builder without bikes in the current era, really?

having trouble connecting vanilla train tracks to road builder train tracks. when I try to create train line over the junction the game complains that "pathfinding failed". I made the connection on ground level and straight so it just seems like a bug at this point. Visually it's connected.

When I saw City Planner Plays testing road builder mod and create train line over the junction, the game didn't complained and said "pathfinding failed". Trains, tams and metro still works with the road builder mod.

Nope, bikes are just not completed yet. Most of the mechanics, and some assets and animations, are already baked in.

Im only here for Altengrad.😅 So many good CS1 series were snowed under by the CS2 hype. Altengrad is a beacon of light in a sea of bland CS2 content. Imho, ofcourse.

It's not very close once you look past the obvious improvements and notice the many missing things. And it's not like tens of thousands of custom assets will suddenly spawn instantly with the asset editor release.

Have buyed cs2 yesterday, and god is this game awfull... This mod looks great but the Controles of the game is just plain Bad. Worst 30€ i spend in a long time... Well at lest i got cs1...
