Hi! I'd just like to thank you. I've been listening to you music for years and years every since I first found you on a shuffle on pandora when I was around 6 or so. Your music is what gave me the inspiration to start violin about two years ago and I'm thrilled to start watchin you on youtube. Thank you!
Thanks Taylor for this video I really needed practice tips 😭❤️. But unfortunately I am suffering from jaundice and in hospital so hopefully in some days I will be able to maintain my daily practice schedule 😄
I looked up several scores like Ashokan fairwell and the star of county down that my music teacher wants me to practice, as well as some who loved by Louis Capaldi, but played by Taylor Davis, also the Gael, the last of the Mohicans-all are not in the music catalogues. Although there are 30K. Scores, but I’m sure then number dwindles significantly for violin. Nice idea, but I’m not a taker at this point. Sorry! A word to the wise, Taylor, have your music included in the catalogue, or at least new work, if not already copyrighted by someone else. Thanks. J.
It looks like a really great app. It is very user-friendly and intelligent. Thank you Sister Taylor for your explanation and recommendation. I often hang your tunes in my ears, just like you said, the correct melody and rhythm are subtly engraved on me In my mind, but the violin is really too difficult! Ha ha
Hi Taylor, please may I ask what you suggest when it comes to sight reading? Can Tomplay help with this, or is there anything that you can suggest? Many thanks for your videos!
Hi Steph! Something like Tomplay could definitely help with that, but sight reading is like any other technique or skill where you just have to practice it a lot to improve. Just playing new sheet music that you've never seen before on a regular basis should really help!
