Thank you so much for this video 🙏🏻 I have just started my journey with graphic design and still heavily learning Illustrator, while actually working as a part time graphic designer for the first time😅 This video really opened my eyes and rethink how I construct elements! I am a person who always takes a looooong time to do things (my ADHD doesn't help one bit), so I have started to learn how to work more efficiently on Illustrator. I'd rather use more time to the creative process to get the best ideas, and then execute them fast 😊
I'm just learning Illustrator to support some GIS stuff and this was an amazingly good primer for what tools are available for making icons. Huge time saver, really appreciate the video!
Cuz it doesn't deserve good ratings. The dude created artworks tutorials and posted it as icons tutorial. He didn't save/export the artwork as ico format (the one crucial step that transform an artwork/pic to an icon) and illustrator doesn't have that export option that's why he skipped the export/save step. You got fooled...
The winner has been chosen. Didn't want to just make another "Announcement video" instead I'll add the announcement part in the next speedart tutorial. Sorry about the delay
You didn't create icons, you created artworks. To have an icon, a picture/artwork needs the .ico format, basically it needs to be saved/exoprted into that format to be recognized as icon - a very crucial step which you *didn't* do. So far illustrator does *NOT* have the option to save/export as .ico This video is unfortunately a clickbait.
