Great video! Can you make a video about OCR and handwriting recognition in general next? The SOTA models, tricks..etc I think it has a lot of practical value and many people would benefit from such a tutorial.

Is there a way to "TURN" the image to the front? The original image was a bit turned to the left hand side, there is a way to turn it back to improve reading?

Ya bro it can be saved in any format but it will not save as key value pairs

Use pdf2text to extract text from pdf (image to pdf to serchable pdf convert in this way) and apply pdf2text
