For the dough
4 cups warm water
1 dessertspoon of granulated sugar
4 tablespoons of oil
2 packs of instant yeast (20 g)
2 dessertspoons of salt
11 cups flour
For the sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 glass of tomato sauce.
Half a glass of drinking water
Half a tea glass of oil
1 dessertspoon of thyme
For the above
250 g sausage
250 g cheddar cheese
500 g mushrooms
4 capia peppers
2 cups corn
1 bowl of olives
