1. Cut 2 medium-sized onions, 1/2 zucchini, and fist-sized cabbage into large squares.
2. Cut one squid into bite-size pieces and chop a piece of ginger the size of a fingernail.
3. Put 5 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and 3 tablespoons of chunjang, and fry over low heat for about 2 minutes.
4. Add 0.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, add sliced vegetables and squid, and when the vegetables are slightly wilted,
5. Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1/2 cup of water, stir-fry and check the seasoning.
6. Mix 1 tablespoon of starch powder and 3 tablespoons of water, pour in and stir-fry to complete.
7. When the water boils, add the raw noodles, boil them, take them out, and rinse them in cold water (do not throw away the water you boiled the noodles in).

1. Slice 1/2 onion and 1/2 pumpkin.
2. Slice 5 cabbage leaves, prepare some wood ear mushrooms, and slice 3-4 king oyster mushrooms into flat pieces.
3. Cut 1 green onion in half, cut into 3~4cm lengths, and finely chop 1 Cheongyang pepper.
4. Prepare 1 cup of clams, 6 shrimp, and cut 1 squid into bite-sized pieces.
5. Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a round pan, add the sliced green onions and 0.5 tablespoons of garlic and stir-fry.
6. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry the sliced onion, pumpkin, cabbage, king oyster mushroom, and wood ear mushroom.
7. Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder and 1/2 cup of water and stir-fry until the red pepper powder turns red.
8. Add 1 pack (500ml) of gomtang, 1 cup of water, and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce. When it boils, add clams, shrimp, squid, and sliced Cheongyang peppers and boil.
9. When the water boils, add the raw noodles, boil them, take them out, and rinse them in cold water (do not throw away the water you boiled the noodles in).
10. Just before putting the noodles in a bowl, blanch them in the hot water they were boiled in, place them in a bowl, and pour over the Jjamppong broth.
