Next time soak the soda ash a few hours before production. Caustic soda can be used to dissolve soda ash and sls faster. This is just a shortcut

To avoid lumps in liquid soap Make sure chemicals are given enough time to dissolve before combining with other chemicals. When chemicals are combined, mix and mix. Mix them properly it's chemicals, not water. When making Liquid Soap follow a particular method. Using too many methods from different fomulators can be disastrous.
