Being an antinatalist is already alienating enough and coming to antinatalist spaces and having to deal with people alienating you for being LGBTQ+ too can get very frustrating, so it’s nice to see this crossover.

This looked like such a fun day! It's really nice to see people holding the sign and liking what your doing, and the volunteers coming out 🎉

I did two large pride parades alone with an antinatalist billboard (I had the idea for "the only perversion is reproduction", and the other side was "we can fuck without imposing", both featuring a variety of AN logos, like the crossed out snake biting their own tail, or symbols of birth control and vasectomies). One of them was Paris, where I didn't end up getting many clear reactions within the crowd (to be fair, it was only one of the two billboards I had, and people were more interested in the other one), and the other pride I did was Montpellier, where I received many compliments, cheers, enthusiastics thumbs-up and people yelling "truth !!!". A lot of positivity, people wanting to take pictures, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised that I continued trying to draw more and more attention to it to see the enthusiasts were the exception or the norm, but people overwhelmingly liked the message. I didn't end up starting a lot of conversations but I left the amazing Montpellier pride with the impression that there existed great overlap between the LGBTQIA+ community and some form of soft antinatalism.

I still remember stumbling upon this community. Didn't know the word for the thoughts I had. Thought I was alone. It's really somthing knowing you're not the only one

Lawrence i hope there is some way we can once and for all free ourslves from this atrocity of existence i dont know what happens after we die so i dont know if it is a permanent end but im really disturbed by what i know about this realm

I am telling you Lawrence, you are doing such important work to humanity that we all should thank you for all your effort. I am Asian and theres a culture here where parents expect children to thank their parents for bringing them into existence through (monthly) payment, work, respect, companionship, gaining pride for them to show off and much more. Thats why they all love having kids, many have multiple kids to do so. Many of us children are frequently and continuously pushed / coerced to have kids as well. (And thats why theres a quite vigorous resistance over here now, where lots of young people are resisting having children) In some other countries they even love to create kids to sell, to families that will then have them create more babies to strengthen their families, make them bigger, just so they can have more free hands / free brains in their family. People have kids indeed because they are selfish theres no deny. All parents create their kids into existence not because they purely and wholeheartedly want someone to love, but because they think through this way they can coerce them into obeying them, being their free utility. Its all so disgusting I feel sick. Only through procreation can these ridiculous disgusting powerless not obedient-worthy people force someone else to obey them. "I created you, you should thank me and listen to me", as they often say. I find it totally absurd though, that not a single piece of food, a single droplet of water was created by these parents, yet these parents use nature's creation to feed their kids, then immediately think they are worth obedience from these children. I cannot believe I was created for this purpose. No wonder why the world is sick and disgusting. No wonder why I have been uninterested or cold about this world since a very young age.

In my sci-fi setting, the homophobes are more upfront about their views: They don’t use terms such as “degeneracy” or “perversion”; they straight-up accuse the LGBT community of “counter-reproductive behaviour”. Because ultimately, that’s where all of this is coming from.

Im a gay man and also a anti natalist. If your an anti natalist, why would you be against same gender relationships when they are non reproductive? Oddly on some anti natalist RU-vid channels, Ive seen commentators advocate against homosexuality and say its unnatural, but yet they claim to be anti natalists.

I don't like it at all, let's hope the AN community is as open minden as I hope we are and I won't get callet a bigot. I partially like what pride stands for, but I don't like pride. First of all, I truly don't care about people's sexuality and I don't want to see it on display. It's disgusting, even if everyone was of the orientation I am. I don't want to see sexuality on the streets. Also, the trans ideology is such bs. I accept your emotions, but that's it, you can't change your sex, can't change your "gender" and I won't act like you can. I don't like that I have to write this, because this is a left vs right question and I dislike both sides equally. The right miserably fails on religion and childbirth, but the left is also ridiculous with the trans ideology, cancel culture and all that fun stuff. And BOTH fail on antinatalism.

The antinatalism will be wiped by Islam. If I were a betting man my money will be on them. I just get some popcorn and watch the show. I have no stake in the game. It is just that their human programming memes are pretty effective.
