Easy to follow tutorial. I'm about to start my Etsy shop and thought about selling customized products first. These videos are super duper helpful. I've watched other videos where it's just all kinds of fluff claiming they'll make you TONS of money in no time. I know that is just not realistic. I want to put in the work and effort and try to make a decent secondary income, that's all. I know there is money to be made but I want to do it right and be ethical about it. All your videos are so helpful and include excellent content. I do have a questions regarding how the customized item shows in my shop. Next to the price on the landing page of the item in red it says "Only 1 available". Is that going to affect or deter customers in any way? I must have missed a step, I got a custom order but it is bot populating in printify. Was I supposed to add the skew numbers for each shirt I am selling?

@@cb2596 It should show up in your "other orders" tab, look next to where it says Orders and click the other orders button and you should see your order! As long as your shop is connected to Printify. Also sometimes it can take 15 minutes - 30 minutes for the order to sync over from Etsy. Hope this helps!

Thanks for this tutorial! Do you recommend charging extra if someone just messaged you to customize a regular school shirt that's currently listed on your shop? If so, how much will it be? I am so glad you are loving my videos Lucas, that means so much to me! And great question, I put every design on at least 2-3 shirts and 2-3 sweatshirts right when I launch it! Then depending on the design, I might also add it to a mug or tote bag. I typically add to these items at that time if they are very obviously going to be a gift, typically for family member designs and professions designs. Hope this helps!!

I listed personnalized items where you can change the design and the text. I guess the production price on printify vary according to the designs. So what price would you put on Etsy when listing to make sure you cover production price but at the same time having competitive price ?

Will you zoom in the design part of the mockup to appear the visitors?

For my listings I either do 2 mockups if I just have one color available, and just depends on what my cutest mockups are at the time! Just use the best ones, doesn't matter if they are model mocks/flat lays/hanging etc. You just want to use the best mockups out there and you will be successful. I do zoom in on the thumbnail sometimes but not very far because I want you to be able to read it but also see the pretty mockup!
