I wanted to make music for a really long time but I wasn’t sure where to start and somebody recommended band lab to me today and here I am so thank you for your tutorial. May all of us make beautiful music for others to hear
Adopt me as your sister. I wrote too much songs & i abandoned them cause i never have the beats/melody for it. Btw Thankyou brother, Have A Nice Day :)
If someone told me all this would be possible using a phone back in 1996 I would have laughed. I used to do home recordings with a single cassete deck and cheap microphone... This is pretty amazing. Btw great overview video. Simple and straight to point 👍
@@andthoseotherguys Sure! To lay down some guitar solos mostly. A couple of friends I know had a fostex 4 track recorder and I used to think 'wow, this would be really handy!' For anyone who didn't have a multi track, ping pong was the way to go. I know what you mean about the sound quality :D
*"I think it's important to catch inspiration while you have it"* This is the quote that made me comment. You're so damn right about it, this is why I'm watching your videos in the first place. I'm looking for composer apps which help me catch the rhythm, melody and riffs while I'm still inspired. I lost a ton of great songs in my mind throughout my life because I didn't have the skills or the tools to somehow get them out of my mind onto a sheet or recording.
I always wanted to try making music but I don't like using laptop or computer that much and I didn't think that making music in my phone was possible. So, I almost give up then I found this and I'll try it. Thank you💜
You Have No Idea How Much You’ve Changed My Life, The Day I Started Following Your Instructions I Became A Music Producer Myself🥴 I Stop Paying For Studio Time Not To Mention Started Recording And Mixing Till I Got Better. Still A Working Progress But I Definitely Got Further On My Own And Following Your Videos For Advice💎🎶 Not All Heroes Wear Capes🙌🏾 God Bless Eumonik🙏🏾❤️
I make music with fl studio and my computer kinda got broken, so I couldn't really make music but then I found out about this app, and I think it's one of the best ones in mobile. Very epic application 😎
Great tutorial, thank you. I write lyrics & make music using Ableton on my laptop but unfortunately my laptop isn't working properly so this will be a good alternative to keep musically creative 😊
someone give this guy an award fgs. any award. FINE IF U WONT THEN I'LL WIN A BILLBOARD FOR HIM MYSELF. i've been exploring for sooo longgg howhowhowhow do i make music myself and MAN U MADE IT EASY! thanks brother!!💕 stay safe everyone♡
You have a nice speaking voice and a friendly demeanor. You're great to watch. Thanks for the mini tutorial. I watched a great video on how to use BandLab on PC but i have it for android phones and it's way more confusing on a smartphone.
I have so many songs written but my band isn’t doing anything[trouble with bass players & guitar players, just me (lead singer) & our drummer] but I didn’t know how to record anything without them, so thank you! [Not leaving the drummer, just wanna get some songs out, especially since people are wary of joining a band with no songs...]
I don't know if I listened to it with a clean mind but I understood it easily, thanks. And the style of narration explains it enough for a good practice.
I've been working on my vocab and dropping track's for year's now, finally in a space of making my own beats and work my first Studio Album. Thank God I found this video cause I'm using my phone and this is so helpful. The process is difficult but fun because of this video and the passion I for the art. Thanks brother, definitely coming back after I drop my first 🔥
Awesome tutorial and advice, thank you! Although I found the links to your equipment in the bottom of the description were lacking much information and somewhat misleading. You say an item is called something, yet it's listed under a different name or a different piece of equipment entirely.
I've literally wrote five songs and have nowhere to get beats and stuffs like that and thanks to KJJ I have band Lab now🎉❤ I'mma make u KJJ my manager wen I blow up😅❤
I liked how you chopped down the timer in different sections. It's good to see how much effort you are putting in content. 😇 Had a question : Whenever I fork the audio track posted on Bandlab or when I import a track in bandlab, I hear this loud static in the background. It's like my mic is on. Does this happen usually or like my earphones are trash?
Whn I was younger i used write songs as past time.....But now i have realized that I can you my semi ok songwriting skills to some use.....Thnks man.....if evr make it i'll surely give invite yu . Tnks a lot
Hey thank you for taking the time to explain these things. A couple questions, what is the plug/jack you have plugged into your phone? Also, do you have a suggestion on where I may find a inexpensive DAW? Have you had bad experiences with buying gear at pawn shops? Nice track. Great explanation and motivational as well. Thanks again! I will be making more music!
Awesome video man, very informative...I'm having trouble with latency issues. I'm using Bandlab on a laptop. The virtual instrument's have really bad latency issues and I cant seem to fix them. I've not plugged any instruments in yet as I'm just using the keyboard to play notes and to record drums. Any ideas of how to sort this would be much appreciated. Thanks 🙂
Ok, the most important question: how do you connect everything to your phone? Seems like a simple question but I don’t see how I can connect an interface to my Phone
You'd want to make sure the tempo is set to be faster or slower than what it presently is, prior to recording, because if you try to change the tempo after recording, you'd need to timestretch the audio clip, unless you are working within the framework of a midi file rather than a mic/wave file. Midi rocks because its so configurable with editing a source (if its a midi-based source rather than not) pre and post mode.
Hi, I'm currently using bandlab (android) and i just want to ask if there is an option where i can record my vocals without recording the music or metronome? For example, whenever i record vocals,it's obvious i have music for me to sing to right? But whenever i record, the mic/app also captured the music and record it resulting a overlapping sound from the music and the vocals i recorded with music. Thank you for answering in advance!
Hi there. I have a question. when i record a guitar with my external interfacce It record the mentronome to,how can i solve this. 🙏Thank you You made good videos.
Hey I want some advice! Whenever I start creating music, I get the initial beat for the song using creator kit,but after that I don't know how to take the beat forward...any advice?
You're so talented, I wish I could do it too.I was composing some lyrics and trying to do some beats /melody but I'm too bad 😭.I hope I could chat with you soon! I want to learn more!
Thank you for sharing this. I write songs as a hobby, always wanted to record them but didn't know where to start. Happy i found this. 😊💗 This is amazing, and your video is very easy to understand.
Cool vid but for the broke musicians out there you don't need a bandlab link / audio interface to achieve this. A decent sync splitter lead will do the same job at a fraction of the price 👌
God bless you bro May Allah always keep you safe sound happy blessed healthy wealthy prosperous peaceful and give you a very happy healthy beautiful life full of love light peace justice and joy ameen sum ameen be haqqe Muhammad S.A.W.W O Aley Muhammad A.S ameen sum ameen Allah bless you bro❤❤❤❤❤
Yea, especially for beginners who don't know what they're doing. These videos don't always help either because i don't even understand what they're talking about when making songs. I need a music for dummies kind of tutorial.
where are you finding these things? I have bandlab on my phone and it doesn't have that. It has "Projects" , "Albums", "Playlists", "Bands"....where do you find the midi instruments?

I used to write lot of songs. But I have no idea what I have to do. I have only once participated in song writing and even got an award. Hope this will help. Thank u🤗
The reason why I’m interested into this is because, I want to make ost for a Roblox game called Fe2. You’ve probably heard about the game if you play Roblox. And their ost are really good!
hey dude nice video btw wanna ask you please about the gear you use to record vocals on your projects in bandlab is it earbuds....headphones or mic........and what is the best and cheapest solution in your opinion to get some good vocals quality thanks for the help 🙏
