If you remove the eggs, this is IGBO egusi soup!!! Please give credit to the originators of the food. Thank you.

smh and you think its only Igbos that have this recipe ?
@angelicakweku5293
@angelicakweku5293 2 месяца назад
@JessicaKonadu Yes. May be some part of today's South South Nigeria like Ibibio, Efik, Amang, Bayelsa, Rivers Delta. Because they traditionally eat vegetables like Igbos.

Egusi is owned by yoruba tribe( cultural vulture) and she doesn't need to give any credit to anyone.. beautiful recipe..love it!

Why do you call this soup??
@KwankyewaasKitchen
@KwankyewaasKitchen 3 месяца назад
As you noticed, I didn’t say agushi soup, but egusi soup for the sake of Nigerians; as that is how they call it.
@joyatinuke2317
@joyatinuke2317 3 месяца назад
Nigerians call it EGUSI soup and use Palm oil without the tomato paste as well 👍🏾
@bevelynkoomson585

@@joyatinuke2317 Ghanaians also use palm oil as well. You can always choose the type of oil.

@@KwankyewaasKitchen Please call it stew like we Ghanaians call it, because they do not consider us on how they call their foods, no bad intention here but let them also learn from us and not to just please them. Thank you.
