Yes! I'm TOTALLY getting one. We visit our Vegan Cafe just a few blocks away, but if we could save cost and plastic I'm in. I read the comment about storing the canister in the fridge for a few days, that's good to know. I'm sorry if I missed this, but how often are you replacing the nitro charger? Each time the canister is opened? What's the average ratio of cups to charger? BTW: Your videos helped me brew a better Aeropress back in the day, thanks for sharing!
Glad we could help! Yes - each charger is good for 1 full canister, so make as much as possible in each one unless you won't drink it all. So you'll get about a liter of nitro out of 1 charger, assuming your canister can fit 1 liter. Happy brewing!
Can you put espresso and milk in the container and make a nitro latte? I went to la colombe in NYC and I think that's what they were doing with kegs but I'm not sure and I want to replicate that at home...
Good question! I am pretty sure that is how shops make lattes on tap - with cold brew concentrate and milk. I've never made it myself, so don't know what to suggest for a recipe. Let us know if you try it though!
Love this😃... I do have a question and, a followup one...I don't see myself drinking a full liter of cold brew in 1 sitting, can the extra be stored in the refrigerator? And, for how many days while keeping the nitro effervescence
Yes definitely can keep in the refrigerator! The nitro will stay put as long as you'd like, but the cold brew itself will last about 10 days. Should be plenty of time to enjoy!
