could you print with reg marks and use a vinly cutter to cut the shapes out? how well does the laminate bond to the sticker paper? like if i use them outside think they would last ? or fade from the sun?
Yes you can use registration marks for contour cutting. Most cutting programs come with that function built in. Thermal laminate is really durable. The first thing to break down will be the inkjet ink. You can use UV blocking laminate, it will help with fading.
