Tried it out and even at low shd lvl I do feel like a tank now compared to other builds, although I noticed that the weapon damage is also high with this build which is cool 👌

Thanks for this video. I just made a heartbreaker build and tweeked it with your. I regret getting rid of the nightwatchers mask. The only thing I did different was use the TDI kard custom pistol for that extra tier.

Very fun build! After some testing (solo PvE, Heroic) in summit, open world, invaded missions and bounties I must say it's one of the most fun alternative builds I've tried. I replaced the Uzina Getica piece with a Picaro holster so essentially trading the last 5% armor for a red core/15% weapon damage despite the strict instructions to leave it as it is.. XD I also consider re-rolling one Skill Haste to armor regen, for those open spaces so you can hide in cover for a bit if advancing eats too much armor/you're out of range to build new Heartbreaker stacks.

I tried this build just now! I'm loving the fact that I can face tank on heroic! I switched the talent of the vector to close & personal. You get 30% weapon damage within 7m which is better than the flatline. It works since you're already face tanking anything and you still get the benefits of the 4 sec pulse skill.

I've made this build and used it in Countdown. It's so easy to kill the hunters there with your stacks up. The only 2 differences I've made with this, is cause I'm playing on pc. Use the Kingbreaker ar as primary with the linked laser pointer and the secondary rocknroll also with that. It also helps out your teammates cause the enemies get pulsed when you aim at them. And sometimes the 5 seconds cool down is taking too long in the heat of a battle hehe.

I put this together yesterday, I'm missing 3 skill haste and my proficiency is lower but this is very cool. I need to keep a better watch on my armor and health.

@ kami - You might want to try - 3 piece H.B/ninja bag/2 piece striker - (Police M14 + R.O.F = 1020) (Dark Winter + R.O.F = 1440)

intresting hearbreaker version let me reconfigure my heartbreaker to this im intrested to see what it can do in pve and if the damage is good enough for my liking:D, but in general love hr builds with backpack still to this day my gearset to go over anything else if i need to get things done . so yea GG on the build and vid.

For the main weapon, for pve at least. I'd use the RPK LMG and the contractors gloves, because you can put the laser pointer on it and benefit from the 15% LMG dmg from the gear set and 15% LMG dmg from the gloves 👌🏼

Help me to understand, the technician come with the laser pointer that automatically pulses an emeny that its pointed at. So isnt the scanner pulse and mask a waste? Or am i missing something? I run 6 blue and 7 reds no skill haste needed.

Ok. I have been trying this out for a bit in open and I like it. Here's a couple comments. You have to use the vector. There's just no way around it. You think you want that ar+15 but unless they make an AR with 1200 rpm that isn't an option. You need to be spamming hits on a pulsed target. Which brings me to: having unlimited pulse on demand is pretty great. The haste rate is a bit high and it probably could be tuned down for more crit hit chance, which is another reason you can't use ARs because you otherwise have way too low crit. Otherwise pretty good, very good bonus armour in the open

With the latest update i have the problem with the rocknroll and its magazine size. Everytime i switch to this gun the rounds are only 20. I have to reload and then i got 30 rounds in the magazine. Is this normal?

Hello nice vid , but why roll skill hastle when you could have red , and why would yoy need scanner pulse since you have the laser pointer , isn't a coyotes better with some other skill . Youll still get your stacks the same am i missing something

haha gotta set it up just like kami got with the armor it lasts through out the who fight. smg stacks nice off the pulse as well to sustain armor. gonna try with p4 flatline see how it feels it got 900 rpm will see but my smg hitting at 215k but 56 base damage lol

So going with skill haste, would it not be better to go with crit change/dmg to get that dmg up more? Or even prot from elites mod? Because with the nightwatcher you will have a 11s duration of the pulse and a 9s cooldown anyways. Or am i missing something?

Why you need pulse and skill haste if the laser can pulse then you only need to aim.

You may want to put together a 100% pulse resistance build for people to counter all the people who are using this build. You're dealing weapons to both sides!
