In this video we discuss my technique on making pour over coffee. There are many ways to make pour over coffee, which some people call cone coffee. Some of the best equipment for pour over coffee is the Hario v60, the Chemex or the Helix. Whichever coffee maker you use to make pour over coffee, the technique is still the same.

Awesome instructional video. When you start to weigh the coffee I’d edit it to cut to the point to you finished weighing the coffee. Just a way to refine the video

Hey Vince! I am getting into the coffee business and have a few questions. You mentioned that you want to make $60k a year in a video about when to make the jump to a coffee truck. Is this the only income? My husband works full time but I wasn’t sure if a spouse income was also added to the equation. My next question is have you ever guided someone in the coffee business but it was a failure and they had to pull out? I know there is risk but I am looking to avoid any common early fallbacks and not get discouraged if I know I’m not the only one. Thank you for ALL your advice!! I have my first interview for my first coffee gig on Friday :)

I have been a batista at very well known Coffee and donut business for many years, and I ha e never heard of "Pour over"...what is the desired outcome to this type of coffee? What is it stronger than, and weaker than? It looks like a fancy way or like a one at a time cup.of cold brew? Lol
