but what if you suffer from intrusive thoughts or bad thoughts/imagination and you have trouble thinking normally and scared to manifest bad things? what to do?
If you have negative thoughts, change your thoughts to positive ones, focus on what makes you happy, do what makes you happy, listen music that makes you happy and you will see that your focus will change. Focus on happy things! When a bad, negative thought is coming just do not dwell in that negative thought, because a negative thought will come with other negatives thoughts if you dwell in them... Just change it right away with a positive thought, a memory that makes you happy, imagine a scenario of your desire coming true etc. Thank you!
@@7Midas77 Thank you, i kind of do that but i feel like most of the times it’s hard to change them to positive thoughts and i get so scared and frustrated everytime i get a bad thought its really annoying
