Make Them Suffer - Requiem [Official Audio] 

I hadn't branded them sell outs yet, but "Let me in" did have me worried they were turning to a more metalcore route.. there's plenty of metalcore already and I'm bored of it. But there's very few symphonic death metal that is this awesome.

Sold out ?!?!?!?! I've always loved MTS in every aspect, and I enjoy a lot the fact that they are slightly changing their music, more of the ABSOLUTELY SAME is never good !! I also LOVED Let Me In, and I want to hear more of that too on the new album so... Yeah they can do whatever they want and still gonna be great for me

AyZeD They've always simply been a metalcore/deathcore band with symphonic and black elements though.

^ And they are good enough to mix both genres, not just change completely, I think it's better being stepping in both worlds once in a while, otherwise, it turns monotonous...

Loved how everyone freaked out about Let Me In. It's almost like they never heard Elegies. Make Them Suffer has been blending since the beginning.

Make Them Suffer is my all time favorite band. Because To start-they are good people, they have a great quality about them. As far as image goes-I have loved all the cover arts. They are all perfect. The latest stamp is my favorite it looks clean. The lord of woe I see as a winter album. The neverbloom image is so uh beautiful becuz of the leaves floating, and the hooded figure is one of a kind. They didn't over do it on the new old souls, in fact they made it over simple-and that-is too good. It's amazing. I'm curious of the reason/meaning behind the album. Why they chose to speak on "old souls". The last album was associated on morrow and lord of woe. It was a love story. So I think it will contribute in some form. I'm an artist so I appreciate a vision that speaks to me through pictures. It makes a terrible influence on the entire album. It will have a very large effect on the "feel" of the album through the five senses. As for sound I've loved their mixture of different sounds. The piano carries a certain emotion and difference in this genre. It's absolutely genius to incorporate it considering no one has done it like this "type" before. The guitars are recognizable and they have extreme talent. They are awesome and difficult to play myself. To actually put forth that effort is beyond me. To find a sound and mix together had to be hard work. Imma just say I love the drums as well. They are really good and never stood out as being less than normal! They are so perfect in creating a space in between what is needed. They add structure and a bounce to give the song it's own life. The one that stood out to me was the bass guitar. It's on point and executed so sharp. It's able to keep the bounce in play on the most important keys. It would be a task to find the right part and mix it so well. The vocals are beyond average, I mostly speak on the highs. That's what gave me chills and a instant like. The most I love about this band Is the instrumentals. I love the instruments performed in them. Oceans of emptiness is one heck of a song. The prologue Is also. I haven't gotten sick of afflictiondead song ending and it's been months since I first heard this band oct 2014. I've bought all the albums out of something I can't explain. They just relate to exactly what I love in life. The woods, relationships, the well, I've created a unnatural love for the band through everything they form. I guess it was perfect for more than one person around the globe, cuz they love it too. Everytime I hear this opening to this song I think, man I'm so excited they finally back, it's good to hear from them again, it's a bit emotional that opening. I'm super excited to buy the album and most likely the full bundle so these guys can continue the revolution they made themselves. Maybe I can contribute a small cost of how much they work. I'm happy to have this in my life and im grateful for it.

Check out Ovid's Withering. They're my favorite next to MTS. Every single one of their songs is amazing, but you have to get used to it first.

lord of woe had a simular sound to neverbloom. was just woundering why you should overproduce this voice to let it more sound like false chord. but the overproducing effect are easily to recognize by the song elegies :D

Jeremy Vane-Tempest nah, his voice has just changed alot over time, his highs lost some texture, and he doesnt guttural as much /; still a good vocalist though, he has great control.

And yes "Let Me In" IS a metalcore song, dude. There is DEATH METAL influence in DEATHcore, there was none in that song. It also has that near-hardcore drum patterns, easy going acceisible Northlane sound too. Nice try but I know what metalcore sounds like when I hear it.

Show me proof, show me a statement made by make them suffer worrying about what specific genre there going to put it as for each song . At the end of the fucking day you play that song lets somewhere making a statistic get 100s of people to actually make a fact. You give them a list with a choice of genres. You play this song and what category do you think people will choose, METAL. Just like if you play some Brittney it will be as Pop. Just because you think your labels are so helpful and cool does not mean I am wrong, dumbass.
