Hi Antonio, I just commented on your most recent video. I would love to discuss the patent with you that fixes this problem. I look forward to speaking with you. Have a great day, and keep up the excellent content. Have a great day.
thank you Antonio, I am a collector of vintage perfumes, even some of my perfumes are 30 years old and the fragrance hasn't changed. I really like them..thank you for your info
I bought a vintage woman's cologne called "Ginseng" at a flea market when I was 12 years old and I sprayed (somewhat liberally) a hand-fan I had picked up during summer in Spain with it. It's been 22 years since then, and I can still smell the fragrance on that fan.
When I travel I spray a small face towel and fold it, then I place my Tees and underwear in with towel in Ziplock bag this helps projection and lasts all day.
Hello Anthony, I wanted to bring up (oils). I am retired military and will stationed over seas I learned of Men's fraganced oils. They're mainly used in the Middle East and India. Think of a consisty as light as olive cooking oil to as thick as honey. However, a bottle can last me YEARS. They can't be applied like a spray. They literally have millions of different scents and many are reprodcutions of famous scents from Europe and America. I've even sent a sample of one I like from here and they reproduced it in an oil for me. Lastly, they are usually around a quarter of the price. Being so thick, you must apply them differently and sparingly. It is easy to over apply. If you could, please research them and make a video on how you would apply these as well. Thank you.
Having been to India a few times, I can say I've had the same experience, except that I haven't met a fragrance house that can copy a similar scent. Tell us about that more. Generally, the oils come in small vials.
Just spent the last 40 mins watching this and another one of your videos and learned more than I did in the last 2 months of my new job selling fragrance.
I'm absolutely with you about the statement of spraying some to the back of the neck, just to smell good for oneself. I could not agree more Antonio! I thought I'm just awkward; now I'm so relieved to know not to be alone with this feeling. Great video btw. Been aware of your channel for years, have been a occasional follower of Aaron and subscribed right now. Thank you!
Ah, a couple of classics...Polo Green and Drakkar Noir. I enjoy both, but they mostly reserved for weekend days (in cooler weather), as they're a little too old school for the office.
As for spraying on the hair it depends how long you want your hair to grow - if you want waistlength hair, the ends are gonna be like 10 years old, in which case you don't really want to put any unnecessary strain on them. If you've got regular short hair, a little alcohol won't make a difference.
My beast mode scent has to be Issey Miyake Noir Ambre. The opening isn't too much to brag about but the amber, vanilla, and leather show up after 25 mins and is intoxicating for the entire rest of the day. Very nice fall/winter frag.
I do the lotion hack, and spray Molecule 01 over top of my fragrance. I was doing it the other way around, spraying the fragrance over the molecule, which helped a little, but I've noticed it has been working a lot better since I started spraying it on second.
I have expensive-brand fragrances, but one I keep coming back to as an all around great workhorse is (Calvin Klein) CK One Shock for men. It lasts forever on clothes until cleaned (hoodies, sweatjackets, etc.) and matures very nicely as it settles. It lasts very well all day without needing to reapply it. It's a darker smelling cologne, but the cigar/tobacco scent in it mixed with some of the sweetness that is there is something the always gets me compliments. It doesn't need a lot of sprays, and it lasts very long. Some cheaper-end colognes, when done right, are good and dependable. This is an especially useful cologne if you don't want to overthink what you're applying and simply want to walk out of the door smelling great without using up some of your more special occasion or "serious-outing" colognes that will cost you a bit more for a re-purchase. CK One Shock is always great to keep in the collection no matter what else you own.
I'm so glad this channel exists. I've always loved dressing up, and being well-groomed, and this channel is so my speed. My usual routine is Cremo Bourbon and Vanilla moisturizing body wash, cereve unscented lotion, cremo styling clay in my hair, and then Azzaro Wanted by Night where I applied the lotion, and a few in my hair on top of the product. Seems to be working really well.
Hey Antonio great video. My collection is just shy of 200 different fragrances and by far the strongest in the collection would be Perlador by Borouj. It’s a Carlisle clone with a twist. Runner up would be Insurrection II Wild. I do have a decant of Zaharoff Signature Tabac that’s very strong as well. All three are wet tobacco fragrances so I guess that note must be the main reason for the strength. I do have a vintage bottle of Polo green that’s pretty strong too.
I thought I was just overdoing it in the 90s, didn't realize we had the 90 proof stuff...Interesting video..so many topics to keep learning about..thanks.......I think Royal Copenhagen actually moved in with me and my roomates way back when...it got lots of attention.
The best cologne I have ever had for staying power was the original green bottle Polo. You could not wash that scent off. God forbid you used a full pump, your presence would be announced 3 blocks before you arrived. If you wanted a cologne to help you stand out, this was it! I love that stuff!
Thank you for solving the mystery of the green Polo scent for me! I have a 4 oz bottle of green Polo I’ve had for many years, and it’s by far my favorite cologne. It’s getting towards the bottom now, so I bought a gift set from Macy’s around the new year with a 4 oz and 2 oz bottle plus deodorant. I was unhappy when I smelled the new bottles, because the old bottle has a lot more kick to it (which I like). I took it back to the store and two employees agreed they were different. I’ve kept the set because I still love it, even though it’s missing that kick.
The strongest fragrance I own is sandalwood ittar/ attar, which is highly concentrated perfume oil from India/Pakistan and the Middle East. Comes with a roller, just roll once behind each earlobe and on wrist and that's all. Even after 5 showers, the fragrance stays and I can smell it on the clothing even after months. It is expensive in Indian rupees for the quantity (about 200-300 INR for 5ml, which is like 3-4 usd) as that price is lot for a fragrance that small. I got it sent from Indian by my mom, but the local retailers o'er there also ship internationally.
I have a friend who wears Fahrenheit in an absolutely makes me weak in the knees. I had my husband try it, and I did not care for it on him at all. Like I said, fragrance has personality as much as people do. Great video. I would love to find some ladies perfume that lasted for a week 😂
I used Floris N.89 I sprayed on my sweater only 1 spray only on January 2022 and it still smell somewhat still strong the Floris N.89 it's July almost August now 😂 I'm just surprised I only sprayed on myself just one spray from 5-6 inches away from me no wonder it has the two Royal Warrants: As producer of toiletries for His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, and as the official perfumer to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Yes, absolutely right. You got it, Sir. Apply the fragrance on the clothing is the way to go - to make it last longer. You only told it boldly while almost all others took their stance against it. I personally experienced it, and found it correct a hundred times - apply it on clothing.
Versace Eros flames last all day on me and if it's on my clothes even longer, alot of people skip over this one, however, mixed with MY DNA gets me compliments everytime I where it. Give it a try guys
I found an old bottle of Givenchy Pi that my dad had back in the day. It lasts so long on my clothes and my skin equally. Literally 12 hours later and I can still smell it and so does anyone that walks up on me.
I found out that some perfume doesn't go well with Vaseline for example Montblanc Explorer with Vaseline = bad smell after couple of minutes and mutes the scent. Unscented body lotion works well with Montblanc Explorer.
Burberry Touch is an awesome long lasting scent. I love it, but then I love quite a few scents. I keep about 40-50 different brands. Kenneth Cole Reaction is another great one to me
I have a lot of designer fragrances and several niche as well, but I have to say that Spicebomb edt is one of the strongest projectors in my collection, which is surprising considering it’s an eau de toilet concentration. Also my old bottle of aventus is a beast.
Couldn't agree more. Spicebomb not only lasts extremely long (which is even more impressive considering its EDT version) but unlike most fragrances your nose does not get used to it and You smell yourself the whole time.
First and foremost exceptional video !! My guy dropped gems 💎 and demonstrated the best way to get the most out of your fragrance. I show my friends this particular video. Secondly, in my collection when it comes to solid longevity along with projection I’d have to say Tom Ford Venetian Bergamot, Tom Ford Noir Extreme, Le Labo Rose31, and Mont Blanc Explorer. On the other hand my nuclear fragrances ☢️ are MFK Oud Satin Mood, Mancera Black Vanilla, Xerjoff More than Words, Parfum de Marly Pegasus/Layton, and Diptyque Eau Rihla. Lastly, if you do get this far what are your peak performers, and your Nuclear fragrances ☢️ WE GOTTA KNOWW 🙌🏾👀
My dad had some super strong polo green and aqua di gio when I was maybe 10 years old, so early 2000s. Nothing I wear personally packs a punch like those did when I was a kid.
My girl wears Thomas Kosmala number 10 it is a unisex perfume they are also layerable this perfume lasts weeks and can even transcend washing the clothes and it will spread to other clothes it is washed with. When after a month on clothes and then washing it. It is still there probably the strongest scent in the world to me. It is also unisex fragrance.
Try to find fragrances that are base heavy for example YSL Kouros its very base heavy and two to three sprays is more than enough to last you all day and if you spray on your clothes spray from a slight distance and not too close so you dont stain the cloth
Very impressed overall with all the knowledge he has collected over his what seems like maybe years of trial , and error , to bring out the best in himself He explains the mistakes he made , (like all of us have done ) , what he did to correct it , and what he does now . He looks at the science, social, and personal impacts of what scents do for him , and what it can do for us. Yes , the man did his homework, and then some , saving us our time , and money . What can I say this man is polished!! Awesome video!! Just subscribed, and want to hear a lot more. Thank you.
The strongest fragrance gotta be Dylan blue I spayed it 3 times my whole house smelt like it and one t shirt from 1 months ago still smell like it. I still think that my bottle was weird bc no one else was talking about it
Nishane Suede en Safran is my all day at work and then scrub off frag. I've worn it to work ( I have a pretty active job) and I regularly can smell it on my skin even after 12 hours. I've gotten compliments on it 8-9 hours after applying.
5:50 if you choose to apply on the clothing, realize that you will need to clean the clothing (even jacket, sport coat, or sweater) if you wish to wear it again and use a different fragrance - and even then, I have sport coats that return from the dry cleaner that still have the fragrance present, especially if you use a parfum, intense, or elixir....My recommendation is avoid clothing...
Prisme Vert 4 days and counting I can still smell the basenotes on my after work before bed shirt...It's wild cause it turns into this like delicious shea buttery tangerine richness. I've tried dozens of fragrences and put this one in heavy rotation while taking your advice to not just use the same fragrance everyday
I like unisex colognes. I feel like the heavy masculine ones are offensive to the nose. Unisex are a little fresh and clean to me. 2 of my favorites Le Labo - Santal 33 Carner Barcelona - El Born
They still make Fahrenheit. I remember back in the mid-nineties, when I was in high school kids used to drench themselves and that they cover up their cigarette smoke smell.
the most long lasting fragrances in my colletion are : Amouage Interlude, Black Iris. From Arabian oud- Rosewood. Odyion - Scorpion intense, Montales Arabian Tonka...amd many more ...
As always, great video! I love the shout out to Michella. I love the playfulness. You two need to make a video together! You two are my favorite fragrance channels!
I advise you to try alao Swiss Arabian Shagaf OUD it's a beast projection for just 25$ and you can mix it with any vetiver Cologne i got 4 to 5 compliments from both boys & girls at my work it's sweety vanila oud mixed with any Dunhil ( better if Icon Silver ) or Armaf EDP ( clone Aventus ) it's crazy smell for cheap price 😌🫡
Speaking of oak moss, I recently found a bottle of gucci envy while at my dad's house. He stopped wearing scents a while ago so he just told me to take it. Vintage definitely hits different. Just sad knowing I'll never be able to get it again unless I wanna pay 500 a bottle :( definitely one of my favorites.
Antonio, always a pleasure to see your content, I save your videos to view when I have a break in my day to day action and they never disappoint. As for a "Nuclear" scent, I say Bentley Intense for men, two or three sprays on my skin last a full work day and still lingers a bit after a shower. God help you if you do four or more sprays, they'll smell you in different zip codes. All the best Antonio 👍
I’m a proud over-sprayer. Even with Dior Sauvage Elixir (sorry). I usually do both sizes of the neck, 3 on the chest/shirt area, and 2 in the back of the neck/ head to make sure I leave a trail
I’ll add to never buy a fragrance immediately because you smelled it & liked it on someone else. Made that mistake with Issey Miyake. Had this bottle 10 years. It’s bathroom spray now lol One of my favorites was Versace Eros but now it’s becoming popular. Strongest ones I have are polo blue & spice bomb. My favorites that will get you laid are Jean Paul Gaultier (blue or black bottle) one million lucky, royal Copenhagen, diesel only the strong survive
Jean paul Gaultier men , light blue version ❤ , i.m in LOVE with it since i was a kid , use to empty my dad.s bottles when i was a kid 😂 coz i loved the way it smells , memories ... i.m 34 yo and i always have my bottle on the cabnet
you can use musk oil and it seals the skin and allows the cologne to blend and last longer....you dont need lotions that can contain fragrance that can clash with the colognes or petrolium gels that can rub off on your clothes either!........
Even when you buy a new bottle don’t use it straight away as the bottle has been shaken which effects the molecules. Leave it for a couple day and then test it
21 years ago I went to jail. I had sprayed Kenneth Cole Black on that day. It has just come out. When I went home 3 months later, I could still smell it on my clothes that they had packed away. Ill never forget it
This the second video I watched. Just checking this guy out. As I watched, I thought, “I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy was a Marine!” Looked on the page. Boom. Hard chargers knows other hard chargers. Semper Fi
