I stumbled on your video, Fleurbain. I live in an urban area (not much "nature" around other than lawns, plants and flowers that some of my neighbors might plant). Do you have tips for urban dwellers?

Hi Laura! Yes! Nature connection is adaptable. Urban greenspaces are nature too. They are valuable in that they are easy to get to. One idea is to map out a few options: a space inside or just outside your home where you can see plants or trees, a few parks or greenspaces nearby, then larger greenspaces, forests, and recreational areas that you can get to. If you live in an intensely urban area, connect with what is close to you in your daily life and perhaps make special trips to larger nature areas as your schedule allows. This is what I have practiced for many years in Montreal. I hope this helps!
