My mic is boosted aroud 10K to 16K and it happens that it picks up a lot of harshness around that area and even after i put de esser and multiband it doesn't get a smooth as i want it to be. Plz help

lots of variables here so it may or may not be a simple solution. If we're looking at post-production options only: obviously EQ early in your chain to reduce this area, especially with a dynamic EQ so you can control when it gets very overwhelming while balancing and not killing those frequencies when its within a normal range. A multiband compressor and de-esser may also work but you gotta find the right balance - typically I focus only on the frequency area where the problem lives (10-16K as you mentioned) and then I really increase the range until I find it smooths it over the area without totally killing it. If you're having a hard time balancing that, try to find a plugin that has a dry/wet function so you can exaggerate the range, and then back off on the dry/wet to find a balance. A better solution may be pre-prodiction related though, such as to treat your room, adjust your mic positioning so you're not as close to the mic (or maybe your mouth is higher/lower based on what sounds smoother) or honestly replace the mic/preamp altogether. Some vocal chain combinations I find can be very harsh. Its not a bad idea to test a different chain to identify the source of the problem - such as if its naturally your voice, your room, or the equipment combination. Lots of ideas but hope this helps.
