I tried the Creality glass bed and found it too smooth for prints to stick to it, so returned it. I picked up these tiles and cutter from Amazon: Mirrored tiles amzn.to/2C2xStb Glass cutter amzn.to/304Ruoi *** Update: After a few weeks of use I've found a few shortcomings of using a glass/mirror sheet. Firstly, with PLA, if your print has a large footprint, you can often get warped prints. If you are using PETG then you may find that the print will not adhere to the bed unless you rough up the surface. I tried 80 grit sandpaper and it made no difference, it was still too smooth. I had some driveway paving blocks and I used the face of one of those to roughen up the surface. This has worked brilliantly. Although it looks awful, filament grips to it and just lifts off once the bed has cooled.***

I can confirm, this works great! I've done the same modification to my Tronxy xy-2 pro. Also with IKEA mirror tiles, and i have also cutted them with a glas cutter like you did. The tonxy comes with automatic bed leveling, and the magnetic sensor does not detect the glass. So i have put a small piece of aluminum foil on the first corner of the glas, for the sensor to detect the surface. Then adjusted the Z offset - the printer works better then ever.

hmm, maybe the problem with not adhering was because you should wash your mirror before putting it on your heatbed and don't touch it after that. Otherwise it will leave your finger prints on it and the same problem will occur again. See the vid of Ivan Miranda (if you didn't see it before). How is it holding know (is it better than the ender glass bed)? I am planning on using it too. Oh before I forget you can use a thermal pad under the mirror bed you, so you dont have to use the binder clips.

I always clean the print bed with IPA before each print. I’ve increased the bed temperature to 89C (PETG) and it’s perfect. Holds rock solid. Go for it. 👌
