These drinks look refreshing, Ms. Riza! I tried the Thai tea with kalamansi and it's absolutely thirst-quenching! Can we replace the chocolate sauce with unsweetened dark chocolate powder instead?

Kalamansi with Thai tea is perfect! Yes you can replace the chocolate sauce with dark chocolate powder. Just adjust the sweetness level as you se fit. Good luck!

sure, you can use any type of tea for each of the recipes. for the chocolate milk tea, I would recommend a black tea :-)

Hi po Ma'am. about po sa sugar level kasi po meron 50% or 70% na mas prefer nila na sweetness sa milk tea. Ang tanong lang po kapag ba ang ginagamit na flavored powder may content na sugar indi na po ba ma aadjust yon sweetness nya? Like 50% or 70% sugar level Thanks po😊

Using sweetened flavoured powder it will be harder for you to adjust the sugar level because if you use less, the flavour will also be less. Just adjust using your sugar syrup or fructose if that is what you are using. All the best!
