Make Your Own Soldering Station | DIY T12 Soldering Station
Hello everyone, in this video I show you this T12 soldering station that you can make with Arduino Nano, but I used directly the Atmega328 microcontroller IC for this project. This soldering station is very usefull in the workshop of everyone, is very powerfull and it have a lot of settings that you can make in the menu, in the software you have the option to use I2C LCD display if you preffer it more.

Hi please make video for C210 Handle, it is cheap (OSS Team) similar price to T12 and small size. good for smd work.

I'm not sure, if I would decide to make a soldering station for myself with that handle, definitely I would post a video about it but to buy the handle and tips just for RU-vid video, no. They are quite expensive, not the tips but the handle itself, RU-vid do me no favor in terms of income.

Can you make a second ADC option for other tips. I have a hakko 907 tip and I built that station with OLED v3 but it didn't work. the ADC that you are using is not working with that hakko 907 tip.changing few lines in the code will fix that problem with a new ADC circuit. But I can't get it working. I need some help with the op-amp ADC circuit.

Most likely the problem that you had is because the V3, V4 and V5 is designed to work with T12 tips, those tips has the thermocouple in series with the heater and the Hakko 907 have the thermocouple ( or thermistor, not sure ) is separated, you can try to make a separated connection for the thermocouple, you need to connect thermocouple from that iron to GND and directly to thermocouple amplifier P+. But keep in mind if the 907 iron have thermistor instead thermocouple it wouldn't work.

@@HMProjects It has a thermistor but I tried a different amplifier circuit but it kind of works. I need some help with calibration. Can you please make a short video on how to calibrate the Soldering Station V4 ?

Hi, how many volts should the Mini360 be adjusted to, 7 or 9V. Thank you.

I set the voltage to 7V as in the schematic but it should work without a problem if you set it to 9V.

Hi, the PDF files with the pcb are 1:1 and you should choose A4 to print the files.

Hi. Is not absolutely necessary, you can install it if you wish. During the test on breadboard the mosfet was heated up a little bit, probably because the imperfect confections, but after I made the pcb and soldered everything the mosfet was running absolutely cold, so that's way I didn't install the temperature switch.
