Great tips, what I have done is to drain the air compressor tank to get rid of moisture and the instead of turning the drain plug screw all the way shut , instead I leave it open just enough to hear air hissing it’s way out of the plug. The advantage of this is that as the air leaks out of the drain plug the water that collects in the bottom of the tank is pushed out by the small air leak .Ok, it waists a little air but moister is never allowed to accumulate in the tank. It’s a must where I live with 90% and more humidity in the air.

reduce the moisture in the compressed air. those filters don't do anything to moisture (water yes, moisture no). run an air dryer. refrigerated air dryer if you use compressed air a lot or desiccant air dryer.

Some more handy tips for for drag tips these are on cheap plasma cutters are any drag tip You can use nozzle jelly from a welder to put on the tip of the flat part to help keep slag from building up there. I even use it for plunge cutting with a drag tip which usually throws a lot of slag on the tip I'll take a wire brush and scrape it right off and then I dab it back again and my nozzle Jelly. It is aggravating I'm not gonna lie but if you need your tip the stay as clean as possible this is a very good Solution.

Can you make a video on when to change out consumables? I use my 82i for CNC and it’s evident when to change out the tip but electrode is unknown

Just a tip, don't shoot lasers at cameras, it can easily damage the sensor. And camera sensors, unlike plasma cutter consumables, are not a consumable and not something you can practically replace yourself :)

You should drain the air tank after you get finished with it. I have a compressor, my father in law gave me, the compressor is a two cylinder, run by belt to electric motor. works like the day it was made. so why did he give it to me, for free? a hole rusted through the bottom of the tank. From the inside, because of water setting in the tank. it's like finding hens teeth, looking for a tank, unless you have a wad of cash. my vertical tank with compressor cost less than a tank. it is one of the newer models, makes a lot of noise, instead of the shoop, shoop of the two cylinder. water left in the tank will ruin the tank if left in there.

Man cub, constructive criticism... I have been watching your videos and I think you may need to try to slow down, breathe, and relax yourself. Your words feel really forced, and you come across as stressed trying to express your thoughts. Remember you are just relaying information and explaining things to a camera, but it should not be any different than somebody you know standing beside you.
