how coincidental is it that I discovered this song on shrooms, and it just so happened to be one of my favorite artists for like the past five year?. Never once heard of Makeout Videotape before, and last night it popped up during one of the most genuine moments of happiness I’ve ever felt. Beautiful day, Just got off work and it was my weekend, In such a great mood, had nothing but love confidence. I appreciated this high point, but I took five grams and had one of the most crazy ego deaths I’ve ever experienced. I thought I would resent the experience, but it genuinely helped, I’ve already gotten a lot done in the span of 10 hours.

anyone know how they're getting that percussion sound? it's probably just bass drum+hihat on eighth notes, snare on the quarter notes. but love that sound, and I can't replicate with my recording setup. I absolutely adore the whole production
