I'm a HUGE lipbalm, lip gloss & lipstick fan... your collection looks like a dream to me! I'm still working on my storage setup, and so far I'm liking the plastic sets of drawers stands and bins that fit in them. Sure beats searching through the house for the one lip gloss out of dozens that could be in one of my purses. Crazy times, hehe.

I make regular donations, I also donate items to the less fortunate, even in my more recent collection video there is a huge box and container of items I was donating, which I show and explain what it's for. So before you comment to say I don't make videos on these issues, please, check before you assume I am just a "neurotic" shallow consumerist.
It's so fun to watch this! It makes me sad though because a lot of this will go to waste because beauty products don't have a terribly long shelf life.
I’m just going to assume you haven’t watched all of my videos (& that’s ok). Just want to clarify I do donate to multiple charities & beauty products/items to women’s shelters for ppl who may not get a chance to buy something to pamper themselves. I understand & appreciate your comment, however without knowing what I earn vs spend & my budget, you don’t really know where my money goes. Don’t worry though I donate to charities & the community & budget enough to have money to spend on my hobbies.

I think you're quite organized with your collection! I love that you find a huge passion in makeup and that you're sharing that passion with others. Collections are meant to look like this, and it's even better that it's all so organized. I'm sad Kalel's post brought so much negative attention; I love your videos and your personality. I know she didn't mean any harm, but I love your collection and storage; it actually makes me CALM to see it because it is so neat.
@NinjaCracker1 it actually doesn't smell, you can only smell it when i have it open while im doing my nails. If your polish is stored correctly it shouldn't smell.

Hey I doubt you'll have time to respond to me but why do you have so much nailpolish? I'm halfway through the video and I was just curious like is it just a particular hobby to collect them like a collection or do you paint your friend's nails/other people's nails too? I'm obsessed with nailpolish too haha it's just always so expensive! Do you always buy from the drugstore or is there somewhere else you get them? Hope you have time to answer this. Thanks (:
I'm not going to lie, I came to this video because of Kalel but, it's really not that bad, honestly, there're people with more and it's less organised. Your collection is so neat and it really inspires to to stick to my love of beauty, even tho some people who are close to me criticise it. I'd love to grow my collection one piece at a time :)

Hi there, where did you get those clear acrylic looking cubes where u hv your primers, concealers, mineral makeup etc and you nail polish stuff on top. And with the nail polish rack, the acrylic nail polish stand that holds around 90 opi nail polishes, where did u get it from, even though it's dis-continued, and do you know where you can now get them as I've searched and searched and can't find anything suitable. But I need one that holds also brands such as opi by sephora, Essie, china glaze and Zoya, as they are the only polishes I like and buy, as you know the china glaze bottles are a bit bigger in shape than the OPI's And don't fit all nail polish racks, I want one either wall mountable of for a table, either one I don't care, so if you know of anywhere that sells them, as I see you have some china glaze polishes, I'd be so grateful if you could let me know,cor even suggest places I can look as I have googled everywhere I can think of and find, even in the UK and America.
Actually out of all the things the nail polish lasts the longest. I still have bottles I bought 8 years ago that still look and apply like new. It's all in the way you store and use nail polish, you can get many many years from them. That's why the bulk of my collecion is nail polish, it lasts such a long time!
Your accent is fabulous and don't listen to all the people who are saying your not good and what not (thank you comments) just keep doing what your doing!
hahaha we plan on moving house, but not for a year or two. It's really not hard to pack the stuff up and unscrew the stands from the wall. It's just like packing anything else up when you move :D
In Australia the retail price for OPI is $22. You can find it for less but it's not easy and even then it's hard to get less than $12... so I assume you are in the USA, if you pay $5.10 that's about AUD (Australian Dollar) 4.93.... so yeah we pay almost 5 times that amount!
WOW! Lots of makeup lol :) QUESTION: Where did you get that thing on the wall that you put your nail polishes on?! I've seen them in salons but never in stores and I have nail polish but no where to put it?! :( so please respond!

Mascara or creme products can "go bad" faster than a powder. That’s why I don't 'collect' them, I have few & replace them. E/S "shelf life" is upto 2 years, however I have some older than this & they are still fine. I use an antibacterial spray disinfect them & keep my brushes clean. Just because I have a large collections doesn’t mean I’m unhygienic, I use them on myself and not on clients, while some items are past ‘shelf life’ like e/s, I don’t see any issue with it.
I am inspired!!! I've always put my makeup back up in drawers b/c I can't stand clutter, but you make me wanna dedicate my 2nd bedroom. HAHAHA Great video!

lol yeah I knew the back one was a decanter, it came out wrong, I was meaning another glass bottle from the same place. The small ones is also a vinegar decanter not a perfume bottle, but it looks like a perfumeish bottle.

people really need to stop the hater comments. Hint the word COLLECTION, that means that this is her passion and what she likes to do. You might collect stamps or something tht she thinks is ridiculous to have but she doesnt go commenting and telling you that your wasting money on useless things. Its not like she isnt using them and just staring at them 24/7. Clearly she has a lot of makeup but it was her money and not yours, your comments dont bother anyone and just makes ppl think your a jerk!
Hi! I love nail polish and collect them. I love to test out nail art and paint my family and friends nails. I get them from all over the place, there is a link to a video in the info box called "where I buy my stuff" that lists some of the places.
I love your collection! I'm not into polishes, only because I go to the salon for my nails lol but how you are with nail polishes, I'm like that with makeup "brushes " ! The people thats complaining about its unnecessary is talking with no sense. half the time if your into makeup, half the fun is collecting it! its not unnecessary if your not the one paying for it! great collection ...
Some brilliant storage ideas and YAAY, you're in Australia, so I can get these things! The Lancome GWP tower were awesome, I have a heap of them, though never thought to use them like that. Some great ideas to help get my disaster of a makeup collection under control... ps- Lancome Juicy tubes Lychee is my favourite too...
Wow I'm REALLY jealous of your nail polish collection lol. I looked on the Ikea website and I could only find the 9 shelf drawer thing. Where are some other places I could look for nonexpensive storage drawers?
If faced with the situation where I needed to discard my collection, I would, I have no attachment to it. I enjoy it, I use it, I share it, however I can let it go. There is more to my life than makeup, it doesn't define or control me. It's just a hobby that could be compared to scrapbooking, painting, beading etc. To diagnose someone as a hoarder just because they “collect” something is ridiculous. A pivotal part of the condition is the inability to part with or get rid of said items.
I definitely have more makeup that any normal person would need. It looks a lot bigger than it actually is because of all the nail polish. I actually have used, gotten rid of or given away a bit of this collection since this video was filmed.

I like your organization skills and it's great that you get to spend your hard earned money on stuff you enjoy. Also, you don't need to wear all that makeup because you are pretty without makeup!
Sydney is not a high earthquake risk area. Even if it was, this room would be the least of my worries. I have home and contents insurance which would cover any physical items and the building. I’d be more concerned about my family and making sure they are ok.
@tamsyboo If you watch my videos (not just this one) you would know I do already donate not only my money but also my time to charities. My perspective is, I already donate my time and money so WHY NOT donate products that are still unused or still good to people who might not otherwise get the chance to feel a little special and have a little luxury, something to help them feel nice too. Better than the things I already own and don’t/won’t use being thrown away and going to waste.
This is true, not everyone would want to buy makeup etc either... but most of us have things we collect or what some consider vices. However if you budget right (and allow yourself some of it for the fun things in life), save money, live within your means and work hard luck has nothing to do with it.
I might look young, but I’m almost 28 and have been working for 13 years, so I’m a lot older than most of the “beauty girls” on RU-vid. I work in finance so I know how to make the most of my budget and how to prioritize my money. I pay my mortgage, bills, food, fuel etc, then budget for other things like charity, spending, rainy day fund etc. More people should work out a good budget, it’s really amazing how much it helps!
Please break your collection down into smaller more detailed videos. Your channel is so popular because of how big your collection is! Would love to see a detailed lipstick collection, foundation collection etc xx :)
