Sharmaine Mallari di ka pangit.Eto gawin mo kung insecure ka po: 1.Uminom nang maraming tubig 2.Gumamit nang moisturizer (suggestion:use Olay or Vaseline petroluem gumana po to sakin) 3.Mag-ayos ka po nang sarili mo 4.Dapat po may hairstyle ka everyday pero iba iba po 5.Wash your face everyday 6.Maging malinis ka po 7.Mag-shampoo ka po [Optional] (Suggestion:use Vaseline) 8.Kumain nang prutas at gulay 9.Wag magmake up (Suggestion:Pagnag-make up ka po maghilamos ka po pagkatapos magmake up) 10.Mag-smile ka naman po 11.Be confident 12.Mag work out ka po like yoga Grabe parehas lang po tayo nang sitwasyon pero mas naawa ako sa nangbully sakin.Imbes na bumaba ako mas lalo po akong tumaas dahil sakanya.Kaya nga po thankful po ako sa mga bullies ko.Sorry po shinare ko na story ko hehe

Gurl, more like palakasin mo pa personality mo. Make up are meant for expressing one's self. And wala namang masama doon. If it makes you confident, do it. Ero gawin mo para sa sarili mo. Just remember that two sides are meant to exist. Aka the agree and disagree. Left and right. Ganern. Also, know your worth. And when you do, kahit ano pang lait sa iyo, hindi ka na maaapektuhan kasi alam mo yung value mo. Alam mo yung worth mo. Alam mo yung kagandahan mo na mostly hindi lang nakikita sa panlabas na anyo.
