Joah has some really good stuff..I love the blurring primer in a glass pump bottle and have purchased it a couple times and I love when you guys do the DrugStore videos because I am a DrugStore make up girl because I refuse to pay ridiculous prices for makeup when there is so much great stuff at the drugstore and I really enjoy seeing what you guys have to say about the stuff that I can afford

Tati I love you! 🥰 I’m SO loving Smokey-eye-Tati, I vote: please replicate with your favorite/higher end products (or whatever favorites you’d use to recreate your ideal Smokey eye…because it’s still my thing but I feel bored in my routine. nobody’s ever showed me a new way-you always being the skills & knowledge & im SO EXCITED to see you doing this look. (Love your drugstore makeup videos as well as your medium to high end. Okay- I love ‘em all!!!) Literally, Tati, you get me through my week. …I’m moving on Sunday to my first home (sans my boyfriend of 9+ years.) 😔 I’ve been renovating for literal years &, well, I’m assuredly in my “breaking season” because the place isn’t nearly finished: I have no furniture, finally was able to order a bed (thank goodness) but mainly it’s the being completely alone part…no family no friends no one…I lost myself & everyone else amidst the relationship. You absolutely made my day when you said I’m going to my kitchen! I had a gala to go to tonight that was canceled. I was so excited to show off to my husband more than anyone cause this was for him! I was so bummed when he told me it was canceled due to a storm that happened here Tuesday that decimated that part of the city. I decided, hey, just play with make up today, try what you wanted to for the gala. As I’m watching this! Thank you! It helped me so much today ♥️

@@katieb5707 he enjoys when I glam up for him, both make up and clothes, but doesn’t require it. The first time he was at my house while dating, I washed my face and said hey, this is me, no makeup. Can you handle it? And he said yes for the rest of my life ♥️. I also find it therapeutic especially on days when I’m feeling sick or tired, it kind of brings me out of that mood. So all in all, I do my makeup for many reasons. My husband likes it but also says I don’t need it, I enjoy playing around with different looks, and it definitely helps my self confidence ♥️hope that was helpful!

I love a smokey eye look on you! Plus, I love seeing you branch out in a video and do a look so different from your normal. I’m loving the drugstore videos! I just can’t spend the money on high end makeup anymore 😢 if I’m going to spend more money on makeup, I’d rather it go to indie brands like Lunar Beauty, Blend Bunny, Oden’s Eye and Ofra!

I'm loving the smokey eye. I don't see a lot of Joah on the socials, and I haven't used it all in my real life, but I love seeing it on your Channel. Definitely some hits and misses though. I personally find when an eyeshadow is powdery and has some fall-out, it means it's lightly pressed. But that also means that it's going to give you a really beautiful look.

I FINALLY tried the Tarte primer! Omg should have done it sooner! I just couldn’t justify spending that much on a product that doesn’t take part of my regular makeup routine, but I can definitely see the difference. My makeup looks smoother and lasts longer.

The crystal glow stick is like a tinted foundation but I use it as a primer underneath foundation and also double up with my primer it's a beautiful product!!

I love this brand! I actually use the serum concealer as my foundation. It’s a no budge formula. It’s not a full coverage Concealer but it is great if you just need to even the skin tone. I get so many compliments on my skin when I use the concealer as my foundation. I need to try that other concealer tho! I wish Joah would make a serum foundation that is basically the concealer in a bottle with a pump! Lol

I've been watching for many years but first time leaving a comment. I love your style and your honest input on the products your showcase. I'm like you in the fact that clumpy mascara is a big no no. I've been using the cult classic Essence Lash Princess for a couple of years now. It never lets me down. It seems to dry out more quickly but at such an affordable price point, I can justify purchasing it more often. Thanks for all that you do!

Cica and centella are both very popular calming skincare ingredients, mostly in korean skincare. I love it, they are so calming, great for reducing redness, especially for acne prone and sensitive skin..

I’m Canadian and in one of the smallest Provinces we don’t get the vast majority of Drugstore Brands that are available in the States as a whole in CDA , Brands just don’t want to pay that little bit extra to be available in North America as a whole it’s very disappointing because shipping has skyrocketed and I just can’t afford to pay that 30/50 $ shipping fee for normal shipping nothing fast just plain ole slow shipping. I want to like 10 Brands that I can just think of really fast I know there’s many more and the Brands we do have we don’t get 75% of the line which I don’t understand why they only launch such a small amount of their products here it’s just disappointing because I can’t afford high end Brands.

Cica - pronounced like Sy-ka. Is a healing agent used in a lot of green based cc creams. It’s derived from centella asiatica -pronounced sen-tell-uh ay-zi-attic-uh. Which is a healing/cooling plant similar to aloe yet offers superior properties.

I just wanna say... can we please bring back tightline liner... The smoky eye like this is really late 2000s early 2010s to me, but I swear everyone looks good with a nice dark liner in the waterline. Nobody does it anymore prob 'cause it reminds them of middle school makeup but I still think it looks so good when done well. Like a nice medium or light shadow with a tightline liner, yesss

Since Tati has started to upload again, i of course have watched every video but the makeup bug is just now biting me again. I went into my makeup room / craft room yesterday and just wanted to put on all the makeup! I didn't but im still thinking about it. I want to go buy new makeup and try out all the cool stuff again. Joah does have a lovely setting spray that is meant to improve makeup's longevity. It has an incredibly fine mister (I don't even feel the mist on my face) and smells like peaches. 🍑🙂
