Good operation. However Hygiene is questioned here. Rotis falling on a dirty sheet, and on the floor. You see one of the guys walking on the sheet with his shoes where Rotis are packed from and packed.

I am working in a private company in Punjab. I live in local market near my company not in main town. So only one very simple shop for food, in evening time alot of people come there for food because only a single shop that is. I'm planning to invest some money for opening a normal shop , but main. Problem is to hire make proper planning because for making rotis need one separate person, for cleaning one person,for making food one person, for serving one person so it's taking too much investment. How much this machinery pasts cost at small level like for 40-50 people daily.
