Today we're satisfying your sweet tooth with 3 quick, easy and delicious desserts and one of them is only 3 ingredients! Lets get started.
Apple Pie Cups:
2 Ambrosia apples
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp Butter
Wonton Wrappers (I did 6 with double wrappers and 6 single wrappers)
- Preheat your oven to 350F
- Lightly spray muffin tray with oil, then brush it around. We lined 6 with 2 wonton wrappers and rest 6 with single wonton wrappers. You may use single or double as you prefer.
- Bake for 10 mins. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Now in a pan combine butter, apples, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and water. Let that all cook for about 10-15 mins on medium heat. It will thicken and a sticky syrup will form and that means its done.
- Divide the filling between the wonton cups. Top it with some whipped cream and caramel sauce. Enjoy!!
Mango Cheesecake in a Cup (serves 2 medium size cups)
Crust :
1/2 cup Graham crackers
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake mix:
4 oz cream cheese (roughly 120 grams)
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mango puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Mango and blueberries for garnish
- Mix graham crackers, melted butter and sugar in small bowl and then set it aside.
- In mixing bowl, add in your heavy cream and whip it with hand mixer. Mix until soft peaks are formed.
- In separate mixing bowl whip mango puree, sugar, vanilla extract and cream cheese until it becomes smooth.
- Now gently fold in your whipped cream into the mango cream cheese mix.
- In a glass cup layer down the graham cracker mix, now with the help of piping bag fill the cup with cheesecake mixture half way. Then layer some mango cubes and fill rest of the cup with cheesecake mixture.
- Garnish with blueberries or any fruits that you prefer. Let it sit in fridge for about an hour and then its ready to enjoy.
Please adjust your sugar in the cheesecake mixture according to your preference. I would suggest to start with small amount and keep increasing if you prefer it sweeter.
This is amazing dessert for parties during summer time!
Chocolate Mousse:
1 and half cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powder sugar
Raspberry and mint for garnish
- In a large mixing bowl, begin whipping cream. Whip until it slightly thickens
- Add powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Carefully mix until soft peaks form.
- Spoon into piping bag. Pipe into cute glasses
- Refrigerate for about 30 mins to hours (you can leave in the fridge until you are ready to serve)
- Garnish with raspberry and min leaves. Enjoy!
