Turned out great Dave!! That was a hard piece to fabricate…I was sitting here thinking about what I would’ve done and you tried everything I would’ve tried, leading up to making it a two-piece construction. I think the only thing that could/might’ve helped initially if there was more material in that section you were attempting to deform. If the material length was longer, you could’ve formed it to push back and slightly downward to achieve that profile.
Thanks.Part was cut to length. If I would of added more I would had to cut and weld it back on anyway. If had to make alot of these I'd just make a form for it.
