After I got my new bandsaw, I thought a making bandsaw box would be a great beginner project to learn how to use the bandsaw. Although I faced a few challenges along the way, this bandsaw box turned out better than expected especially since it was my first attempt. I hope you enjoy!

you did a great job on the box i'm hoping i can try to make of these boxes i'm just getting started into wood working i'm sure i'm going to make lots of mistakes just hope i don't get frustrated and pack it in on my first try have a great day

Love it! A bandsaw is on my tool wish list and once I get one I'll be doing some boxes. Love you you don't get frustrated (at least not on camera) and adapt to overcome mistakes. I try and show mistakes on my vids as well as it is how we learn.

I still haven't tried a bandsaw box. Nice work. I think if I give it a shot it will give me a reason to try flocking too. Keep up the great videos!

Great job Mitch, I have built rustic furniture with wooden hinges and latches, natural knots that work as hidden drawer releases, and some very unique decor for years out barn wood, fence boards, pallets or anything I could get my hands on. Recently I've built a few lap steel slide guitars and found your Idaho Rustic Treasures under my name brian casey on face book (I took my website down several years back) I think there are a few pictures of some of my builds. Nice video. you don't have to let the wood dry for a couple of days. 2-3 hours should be more than enough.

My only advice is to use less glue , like half what you used. Clean up and finish sanding is much easier plus it’s just as strong .

Pretty! But...why not just make Mickey ears separately and glue them on?
