Damn, been watching jay for a while as a dnb prod just cos of how entertaining his videos are and the lil tips and tricks that can be transferrable to dnb. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME to see a dnb vid on here. Please do more jay!!!
this is what im talking about! fire🔥🔥🔥 i would also love to see a uk garage or jungle beat. also did you release this on your beat channel? i looked for it but did not see it.
Appreciate the tutorial however if you can show clearly how you are connecting and rooting to mixers etc that would be awesome. Id say there are a few newbies here. Cheers mate.
As an edm producer and occasional dnb listener, I admire your willingness to step out of your comfort zone to produce other genres. I highly recommend listening to IMANU, his style is just absolutely crazy. Would love to see a video on his style from you in the future :)
Your talent is beyond my understanding...I usually sit in the studio watching your stuff to get inspiration but today....TODAY, you have literally blown my mind....this beat is fire...Thanks for uploading these, I've learned a lot from you, and seems like there's gonna be even more to learn...
For someone that doesn't make or even listen to dnb very much like you said, that was really really good. I also love that you're so ingrained in making beats that you make a whole song that, with some polish, could be released as is, and call it a beat.
I wish you tried to produce more ambitious and deep subgenre of dnb. I don't have anything against jump-up, but it's simple and works only on the dancefloor IMO. There are types of dnb that use intricate rhythms, simple, but deep basslines and evoke similar atmosphere as your dark drill beats. Check out Teebee & Future Prophecies - The Path, in my opinion one of the greatest dnb tunes rver produced.
This was fascinating to watch man; thanks so much for sharing the details of the process. I'm a 42yr old noob but I'm trying to learn everything I can. Subscribed!
very good arrangement and elements but honestly its very badly mixed, its a good beat overall, assuming you started dnb recently this is amazing, well done bro
Nice one. This video has given me a good idea. I'm starting a track with a friend of mine, and he suggested some sort of drum and bass track with a trippy vibe, and this has helped to set the foundations of our track. Thanks
Dude this was an awesome tutorial! Simply watching your unique take of making art is a great way for a person like me to learn, get ideas and most importantly: get inspired! I wish more people made tutorials in this fashion, by walking us through your own personal method of putting together a song, in a clear, concise, no BS type of video. :D
i wanna be a producer bro but its so hard learning everything, especially fl studio theres so many options. i try making my beats from scratch, im using the trial atm since i am still practicing. is it worth buying the full version? (Also please release this)
