Excellent work! I've been wanting to build this exact project, but have the crank tied to a bicycle for peddle-power. Maybe that could be a great follow-up video? You could surely generate a TON more power using two legs, no?

Awesome work, Maybe add 2 clamps or a mounting mechanism so there would be no need to hold it. Small pan for oiling the gears. Over voltage protection from the generator? Also somehow avoiding any glue for long lasting setup.

@@maciejnowakprojects Zmień ten prostownik na zwykłą diodę schottky'ego. Na zwykłym krzemowym mostku masz 0,6 lub 1,2v razy 10amper strat, czyli od 6 do 12 watów strat. Na mocnej diodzie miałbyś około 3W czyli bardzo dużą różnicę.

Finally someone built a generator with gears. It hurt my brain when Great Scott made a direct drive generator from a hoverboard motor. You can get similar power output from a geared microwave oven motor (the one that spins the plate) even though it's 20 times smaller.
Reminds me of the free energy Sterling engine I saw awhile back that ran on no fuel and a heat sink. One must discount the propane torch used to heat the heat sink, much like one must pretend manual labor isn't an energy source. Free energy.... Hehe
Please look at the radio control CARS. They have speed gears... From 1st gear, they change to 2nd gear and so on. If you device away of thought. You can include such idea into this. At a certain range of speed, the internal clutch will open and engauge the 2nd gear to make it faster. Also, you can add a small oil bath at the bottom of the big gear.
Let’s see what’s happens if you make that magnetic spin barrel. You know the magnets are Opposite of one another and making the barrel spin. Do you think that will work or it’s just too much resistance on the motor?

lol that would be perpetual motion/energy. It doesn't work because the energy created will be less than the energy put into itself. So it will eventually keep slowing down until it stops. Energy is lost to friction from the moving parts, electrical resistance, even the resistance from the air and more.
Si está bueno tu idea x usas en vez de una batería los condensadores electrolíticos que te sirven como batería y usas un generador con motor de imán permanente y puedo ver qué usaste diodos de un generador eólico o me equivoco para rectificar la tensión alterna a continúa me gustó tu multiplicador de vueltas o RPM saludos de peru
I might be 7 months late and somebody probably already said it, but still... I feel like it's missing a component. Like if he widened the overall frame by just a bit, switched out the back gear with a slightly bigger one and then added a ball thrust bearing connected to a flywheel on the end with the motor.
No sería mejor usar un generador de la motocicleta usado para cargar el celular y no uno de imán permanente x el otro que yo planteo ya todos cargan con una motocicleta y no hay el peligro de algún efecto secundario x años se usa
