It’s actually super simple!!! Go to the AppStore/play store/whatever place you download apps and search random spinner wheel! Then make wheels with different features like hair color, skin color, personality, clothe type, etc! Then screen record you spinning the each wheel (one per character) and then go back and watch the video to make the characters! Then use an editing app to add the screen recording as an overly and add your screenshots at the time the spinner stops! I hope that makes sense?
